تأخذ حبة بصل أحمر حجم صغير وتقطعها بشكل دائري ثم تضع القطعه الأولى من قطعة البصل في بطن قدم الطفل اليمنى وتلصقها بلاصق والقطعه الثانية من البصل في بطن قدم الطفل اليسرى وتلصقها بلصقه وتلبسه الشرابات وتتركه حتى الصباح.
تقوم بهذه العمليه كل ليله في المساء عند النوم.
