The conversation linked to arson went on for two to three months, Hui said. During the meeting, the information technology secretary at the TSE, Julio Valente, put forward a list of requests the court believes will disinformation. So far, more than a dozen different members have contributed to the group, posting voice notes of themselves screaming, yelling, groaning, and wailing in various pitches and rhythms. According to media reports, the privacy watchdog was considering “blacklisting” some online platforms that have repeatedly posted doxxing information, with sources saying most messages were shared on Telegram.
