Consider APs if you already have a high SAT score.

Your academic priorities should be:

1️⃣ IELTS—Essential (your application will not even be considered without it).
2️⃣ SAT—Crucial, especially for public school students.
3️⃣ APs—A strong addition if your scores are high, but not a game-changer.

Noticing more students obsessed with APs while their SAT is still at 1300+. Prioritize your SAT first and only then think about APs.

Splitting focus might leave you with mediocre scores on both, undermining your admissions chances.
