4. आदिवासी अधिकार मामला (2019) - जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ ने आदिवासी अधिकारों को लेकर फैसला सुनाया, जिसमें उन्होंने कहा कि आदिवासियों को उनकी जमीन के अधिकार की रक्षा की जानी चाहिए।
