Keep lonely watch upon their feasting-floor
Is silent now, — the Dagda’s harp no more
Makes sun and moon move to its murmurous strings;
And never in the leafy star-led Springs
Will Caer and Aengus haunt the river shore,
For deep beneath an ogham-carven door
Dust dulls the dew-white wonder of their wings.
Yet one may linger loving the lost dream–
The magic of the heart that cannot die,
Although the Rood Destroy the quicken rods;
To him through earth and air and hollow stream
Wild music winds, as two swans wheeling cry
Above the cromlech of the vanished gods

The way you walk and carry yourself shows others about who you are as a person.
How you move your body and act within society reveals your state of mind, how you think and how you will act.
It is not only a reflection of your personality and state of mind, but can actually influence the impression that others have of you.
Do you project strength, certainty or confidence when you move, or are you the type of person who walks with head bowed and shoulders slouched.. staring at the ground you walk upon?

It’s also important to know that your gait is always something you have control over – even if it can be a bit difficult to control.
Be an example for your sons, someone your daughters will look for in a husband, and the man your woman will make others jealous of.
