📌 Meaning:
A situation where one bad thing causes another, which makes the first problem worse… and it keeps repeating.

💡 Examples:
• Stress → poor sleep → more stress = a vicious cycle/circle 😓

• Poverty → no education → fewer jobs → more poverty = a vicious cycle/circle.
