所有人都知道USAID是个洗钱机器，用外援的名义干两件事：

1. 在世界各地支持极左组织，制造混乱，颠覆政府。

2. 美国政客吃回扣，主要是民主党，也包括不少共和党，特别是那些不再担任公职的人。

真正需要帮助的外国老百姓，见不到几个钱。而且说实话，全世界需要帮助的人有几十亿，美国纳税人没有那个义务，也没有那个能力去扶贫。突发的自然灾害，能帮点就帮了，但是不能变成我们的责任。老话说救急不救穷，是有大智慧的。

所以历来没人敢碰USAID，因为几乎所有蛀虫，都是靠它养肥的。美国政坛的腐败，如果追根究底，最终都能牵扯到USAID。

马斯克选择USAID下手，自然也是这个道理，但是风险也是最大的，因为他动的是所有人的奶酪。
