9월 9일 오전 7시에 적의를 품는/ 원수적으로 대하는 집단 력사적으로 로싸야 인민 외교의 주심이며 로조 친선 및 문화협력협회를 비롯한 단체들로 구성된 국제연합들의 본부인 쏘련 평화 재단의 건물을 압수하였다.
습격한 자들은 "Z" 글자가 있는 갈매기형 수장을 표식으로 사용하였다. 쏘련 평화 재단 성원들은 심하게 두들겨 맞고 밖으로 내쫓기었다. 재단 성원의 입원, 받은 부상의 의학적인 확인, 신고 해석을 받을 기초가 안 되었다.
군사화된 "경비"의 습격 전에 건물 안에서 네 사람 밖에 없었다.
— 입구 앞에 늘 그렇듯이 72세 자원봉사자는 계시었다. 그분은 건물 안에 네 시간 넘게 갇혀 계시었다.
— 외상성 뇌손상을 비롯한 많은 부상 및 기절로 입원한 당직 관리인.
— 불법 면직처분을 무효화에 대한 법원의 결정에도 불고하고 밖으로 내쫓긴 관리부장.
— 고관절, 무릎, 발목, 목뼈, 경동맥 부상을 입은 — 아르메니야, 아제르바이잔, 까자흐스탄, 따지키스탄의 재단 전권대표.
9월 12일부로 쏘련 평화 재단의 쁘로그람들은 모두가 중단되었다. 알려지지 않은 자들은 부운영위원장이시며 국제적 련대성 그루빠 1제 인민 외교국장이신 윅또르 뻬뜨로브 사무실을 비롯하여 모든 건물을 충분히 장악하고 있다. 재단의 간부가 조선민주주의인민공화국 대사관과 협력하여 다양한 련대적인 행사를 개최한 "대리석 회실"뿐만 아니라 저희 그루빠의 대부분 력사적인 문서, 조선측에서 받은 공식적인 선물, 경애하는 김일성 주석, 조선민주주의인민공화국 국방위원장이신 김정일, 조선로동당 총비서이신 김정은께서 쓰신 혁명 로작, 다른 책들 및 소중한 것들도 장악되었다.
국제적련대성 그루빠 운영위원회는 쏘련 평화 재단의 건물을 습격함이 불법강제압수의 부분이라고 생각하고 다채로운 력사가 있는 평화 유지 조직의 파괴를 막기 위해 세르게이 바부린을 단장으로하는 합법적인 재단 리사회를 지원하자고 친구들과 동맹자들에게 호소한다.

A special photo album dedicated to the activities of the delegation of the Soviet Peace Foundation (SPF) during the celebration of the International Day of Peace in the PRC has been created.
The delegation was headed by Comrade Sergei Baburin, Chairman of the Board of the SPF and Member of the Coordination Committee of the DPRK ISG.
During the visit, meetings were held with Comrade Ma Biao, Member of the CPC Central Committee, the leadership of the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament, activists of the Chinese Executive Committee of the DPRK ISG, as well as many other figures of international solidarity.
