대표단은 쏘련 평화 재단의 리사회 수장 쎄르게이 리지크동지, 쏘련 평화 재단의 직원, 조선민주주의인민공화국 국제적련대성 그루빠 리사회 위원후보자, 로조 친선 및 문화협조 협회 리시회 회원 뾰뜨르 시시코프동지로 구성되어 있었다.
이 방문은 9월 21일에 기념하는 국제 평화의 날을 맞다. 대표구성원은 로씨야의 유일한 대표자로서 초청되었다.
2024년 중국 국제 평화의 날 기념 행사에 외국 정당, 평화우호조직, 분석 연구소 및 국내 관련 부문 대표 등 약 180명이 초청되었다.
중국에서 열린 국제 평화의 날 기념행사 개막식은 중국 공산당 중앙위원회 대외부장 리우 젠차오동지의 사회하에서 진행되었으며 리우 젠차오동지는 위대한 시진핑동지의 친밀한 전우 중화인민공화국 부주석 한정동지께 발언권을 금방 넘겼다. 이처럼 대단한 인물이 사회단체연단에 참가하신 것은 중국 정부가 사회단체 수준의 협조를 중요시한다는 점을 확인시켜줬다.
유엔 사무총장 안토니우 구테레스, 라오스 국회 부의장 솜매드 폴세나, 남아프리카 전임 대통령 칼레마 모틀란테, 꼴롬비아 전임 대통령 에르네스토 삼페르 피사노, 스위스 련방의회 전임 의장 울리히 마우러, 산둥성 당위원회 위원장 린우, 중국인민평화쟁취 및 군축협회 회장 마뱌오, 등이 축사를 하였다.
9월 22일에 대표단은 조선민주주의인민공화국 국제적련대성 그루빠 중국 집행위원회 간부들과 만났다. 조선민주주의인민공화국 국제적련대성 중국 그루빠 위원장 루안싱롱동지, 장사오양동지, 저 이린동지는 우리의 단체 중국 집행위원회 대표로 연단에 참가하였다.
회담에서는 조선민주주의인민공화국 국제적련대성 그루빠가 쏘련 평화 재단 및 로씨야 로씨야 전인민 동맹당와 친선협조 조약을 체결하는 가능성도 논의되었다.
