We're excited to share some significant changes happening within Duckdao. It's a time of evolution and growth, and we're thrilled to have you with us on this journey.

🔊 Big News: Merging of DDIM and DUCK Tokens
We are merging our DDIM and DUCK tokens into a single, more powerful entity: the DuckDao token, with the ticker DD. This change marks a significant milestone in our community's progress.

⏸ Temporary Pause on Inner Circle Entry
During this transition, automatic entry into the Inner Circle groups will be on hold. However, if you've already merged 10, 200, 2500, or 10000 DDIM, you can still join manually. Just contact @CMLaw001 with your merge TX hash, and he will assist you.

🤲 How to Merge Your Tokens
Merging your tokens is straightforward. Simply send your DDIM and DUCK tokens to the merger smart contract at merger.duckdao.io before November 29th, 2023. After this, you'll be able to claim your corresponding amount of DD tokens on December 1st.

❗️Important Notice for Duckstarter Users
For those using Duckstarter, please ensure you withdraw all unclaimed tokens from old deals as we transition to Duckstarter V3. The previous dashboard will soon be inaccessible, so it's crucial to act promptly.

💸 Compensation for Early Unstaking
For those who choose to unstake from Duckstarter but have staked during the last 90 days and now face a punishment, we've set up a solution. Please fill out this 👉 Google Form to get compensated for the early-unstake punishment. We understand the inconvenience and want to ensure a fair transition for everyone affected.

⌨️ New Access System and Inner Circle Groups
Post-merge, we're introducing a new access system requiring token staking for:

🚨 The Late Merge Distribution is done! 🚨

The "Late-Comer-Merge" tokens have been distributed to all users who participated in the post merge opportunity to get $DD.

While we are happy to live up to the promises we made to the community, unfortunately this distribution will have several negative effects over the token and community.

Namely, short term volatility and some users not having access to their original tier prior to the merge.

There isn't much we can do about the short term volatility, as the weak hands will fall off. We see this as a potentially unique opportunity for everyone to acquire additional DuckDAO tokens at a favorable price point, which may not be available again in the near future. One thing is certain, we will emerge stronger out of this distribution.

However, for users that lost access, we have a special offer they can leverage to regain their access without buying any additional tokens. Similar to Black Friday deals, these users will fill out a form and send us the tokens, and in exchange we will mint a special NFT that will grant them access to the appropriate inner circle. The NFT will be redeemable at any point for the amount of $DD you originally sent us.
