"የህንጻው ግንባታ ቢጠናቀቅም በወቅቱ መሰረተ ልማት ለማሟት ግን አልቻልንም ነበር፡፡ ገዢዎች ቤቱን የማስጌጥ ሥራ ለመስራት በሚል (ይህም በደብዳቤ ተገልጾላቸው) ቤቱን ተረክበዋል፡፡ ቤቱን ከተረከቡ በኋላ ግን አስቀድመው የገቡትን ቃል በማጠፍ ከጎረቤት መብራት በህገ ወጥ መንገድ በመዘርጋት እና ራሳቸውን ጭምር ለአደጋ በማጋለጥ በመኖር ላይ ይገኛሉ" ብሎ ድርጅቱ ምላሹን ሰጥቶናል።

የመብራት አገልግሎትን በተመለከተ የሪል እስቴት ድርጅቱ በህንጻዎቹ ላይ ያለውን የውስጥ መስመር በወቅቱ የዘረጋሁ ሲሆን ነገር ግን ከኢትዮጵያ ኤሌክትሪክ አገልግሎት ትራንስፎርመር በወቅቱ ባለመገኘቱ ከፍተኛ ጊዜ መዘግየት ተፈጥሯል ብሎ በአሁኑ ወቅት ችግሮች ሁሉ ተቀርፈው የመብራት ሥራ በከፍተኛ ፍጥነት እየተከናወነ ነው ብሏል።

ውሀን በተመለከተ ደግሞ ለውሀ ዝርጋታው መዘግዬት ዋናው ምክንያት ለጀነሬተር እና ለታንከር የተዘጋጀው ቦታ በሶስተኛ ወገን እጅ በመውደቁ እና ቦታውን ለማስለቀቅ በመስተዳድሩ በኩል ንግግር እየተደረገ በመሆኑ ሲሆን አሁን ግን ቦታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወደሌላ አቅጣጫ በመቀየር ስራው እየተሰራ ይገኛል ብሏል።

በመጫረሻም የካርታ ጥያቄን በተመለከተ ለግሪን ፓርክ የሚያስፈልገውን 700 ካርታ ካወጣን በኋላ ህትመት በማቆሙ 54 ካርታ ሳይታተም ቀርቷል፣ ይህም መዘግየት ፈጥሯል ብሏል።

በተያያዘ ዜና፣ ኖህ ሪል እስቴት የኢስት ኮንቬንሽን አፓርትመንቶቹን እንዲያስረክብ መደረጉ ታውቋል።

እነዚህ የኖህ አፓርትመንቶች አሁን በመገንባት ላይ ካለው አዲስ አፍሪካ ኮንቬንሽን ማዕከል በአጎራባች ላይ የተገነባ 192 አፓርትመንቶችን የያዘ ህንጻ እንደነበር ታውቋል፡፡

ህንጻው ግን የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ መስተዳድር ከፍተኛ ድርሻ ለያዘበት ለአዲስ አፍሪካ ኤግዚቢሽን እና ኮንቬንሽን ሴንተር ማስፋፊያነት ለሆቴል አገልግሎት እንዲሰጥ መስተዳደሩ በመወሰኑ መስተዳደሩ ህንጻውን እንዲያስረክብ ኖህን ማዘዙ ታውቋል፡፡

ይህን ተከትሎም ኖህ በህንጻው ላይ የነበሩትን ደንበኞቹን በቅርብ ርቀት ወደ ሚገኙ የድርጅቱ ሌሎች ህንጻዎች ላይ በመመደብ እያዘዋወረ መሆኑ ታውቋል።
