Dear All,
We are excited to announce that we are going to resume our bi-weekly research meetings from this upcoming Monday Esfand 6, 1403.
This semester, we have decided to focus on the interface between the use of emerging technologies such as AI and applied linguistics. We are going to read a paper or book chapter before the meetings and discuss it during the meetings.
For our session on Esfand 6 (10:30-12:00, class no. 221) Dr. Zandi is going to lead a discussion on chapter 13 of the attached book.
Ohashi, L. (2024). AI in Language Education: The Impact of Machine Translation and ChatGPT. In Artificial Intelligence in Education: The Intersection of Technology and Pedagogy (pp. 289-311). Cham: Springer Nature Switzerland.
