If users still come across unsafe or illegal materials, Durov urges them to report it via @SearchReport. 🚫Additionally, he mentioned that to further prevent abuse, Telegram has updated its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Now, IP addresses and phone numbers of violators can be shared with authorities upon valid legal requests. ☝️Pavel Durov stressed that these measures are aimed at preventing criminals from using Telegram for illegal purposes. The search feature is meant for communication and news discovery, not for promoting illegal goods.
