The maps show how the town of Darwin changed over a 5-year period. Overall, there had been a shift towards residential development with the introduction of universities, residential buildings, and green areas. Of particular note, the town maintained most of its original facilities: the road, sea, swimming pools, convention centre, and school.
In 2009, the town of Darwin mainly consisted of industrial areas located from the bottom left corner to the centre. There was a lake situated within a rounded footpath, with some trees to the south, an industrial area to the left, and a convention centre to the north. Adjacent to the trees were three residential buildings, while two swimming pools were located to the right. Additionally, two main roads intersected at the northwest, with one running from south to north and the other from west to east. Near this junction stood a school, and at the end of the eastern road was a fishing area. Finally, to the bottom left of the town was a sea.
In 2014, the town had undergone notable changes, including planting trees at the expense of industrial areas while making the town much greener. Within the rounded footpath, the former industrial area was transformed into another small swimming pool, while to the south, the residential buildings experienced a double in number, with the building of a university to the left. The last change was the construction of a harbour over the sea, which is now accessible via a footpath from the first main road. However, other amenities—the lake, two swimming pools, sea, fishing area, school, and convention centre—remained untouched over the period.

The maps show how a theatre changed over a 2-year period, from 2010 to 2012. Overall, the theatre maintained almost all its original facilities while becoming bigger with the introduction of showers, a restaurant, and a corridor. Of particular note, nothing remained untouched, with the exception of stage and entry.
In 2010, the theatre used to be smaller. Access was to the south of the building, with a café to the left and admin and ticket offices to the right, adjacent to each other. In the centre of the theatre, there were 135 seats, next to which was a stage. To the north was a dressing room, while storage was situated to the west of the stage.
By 2012, the building had undergone significant changes in terms of relocation of its older facilities and expansion. The café was knocked down to give way to the ticket office, while the admin office was relocated from its previous place to the west of the area where people sat to watch a play. A restaurant was built in the room where the ticket and admin offices stood two years ago. The storage area was relocated to the top left corner of the theater, with the dressing room now occupying its former space. A corridor was introduced in place of the previous dressing room. Additionally, showers were installed to the south of the dressing room, with the stage and main door remaining unchanged throughout the period.
