GASTRIC REFLUX PROTOCOL

HYDROCHLORIC ACID (HCL) PROTOCOL

Low stomach acid, meaning low levels of (HCL) hydrochloric acid and other gastric juices, has been linked to many health conditions — including increased gas and bloating, heartburn or GERD, acid reflux symptoms, candida, bacterial overgrowth in the gut, and trouble digesting protein.

Supplementing with some additional HCL may help people that have become dependent on ant-acid medications, prescribed or OTC. This protocol can help you get off of these harmful medications once and for all.

• Add 20 drops of 4 or 5% Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) to a glass of 3-4 ounces of distilled/Zero/reverse osmosis water and drink it down

• You may do this once every 20 minutes for a total of 3 times in an hour

• If you feel fine after the 3 HCL doses, you are good to go! However, if at any time the acid reflux returns, do another HCL Protocol

• Some find relief taking an HCL Protocol 30 minutes prior to a large meal and again 30 minutes after finishing eating

• Most find supplementing with additional HCL will only be needed for 1-2 weeks before finding relief permanently

• You need to wait for 30 minutes after taking an HCL Protocol before taking an MMS Protocol
