Out campaigning and came across a dead rattlesnake in the road next to an elementary school. Took one of my yard sign sticks and picked it up and threw it into the field so a curious school kid didn’t end up with venom in their hand if they touched the fangs. Protecting our school kids from snakes. Felt symbolic.
They don’t care that it is unconstitutional. This is the problem in our country that is more dangerous than anything else. Both parties have violated their oath out of convenience or in the name of safety. Once you justify it, it is a very slippery slope.

My process servers tried unsuccessfully for several days to serve the cease and desist letter to my opponent at her home in Flagstaff. I was just informed that it has finally been served to her at her home. In Tempe.

I am aware of the issue of the lack of ballots in Pinal County. I have been in communication with County officials and I am demanding a solution and possible injunction. I will update as soon as I know more but this is wholly and completely unacceptable!

Today I filed a request for an emergency injunction to stop tomorrow’s canvass of the Pinal election until every voter has the opportunity to cast a ballot. The emergency was not approved and the court date is next Thursday. After the canvass.

I am forcibly sickened by what I have seen happen in Pinal County when it comes to the 2022 primary election. Absolute incompetence when it came to the operations of the election and the assumption that firing one or two people would rectify the situation. An untold number of people were denied the right to vote. The election was not completed. I filed an injunction in an effort to prevent it from being canvassed. Instead of granting an emergency injunction, she scheduled the hearing two days after the deadline to canvass. Further, I served them Friday morning at 8am with the lawsuit and the delivery of that service was delayed until after they had their meeting to canvass, four days before their deadline to do it. I was also told by one of the supervisors that they were advised to not discuss my lawsuit during their meeting because they hadn’t been served yet.
I would say it this time for the federal government to get involved, but we all know what that looks like.

Do you know what else is amazing? All of these so-called election champions who are doing absolutely nothing to find recourse for the voters who have been disenfranchised in Pinal County. Where are they?
The county is offering time for the public to come and hear their explanations tomorrow at 9:30 AM in Florence at the old courthouse. They are encouraging anyone who was impacted by this to come and speak.
