The subject of this novel is fresh and innovative, and its writing style is pleasant and appealing. Addressing the peripheral yet important and influential aspects of the Sacred Defense is a necessary task that the author of this novel has eloquently accomplished. Martyr Sayyad Shirazi had spoken about the employment of Yazdi well-diggers on several occasions and we were aware of this, but the importance, subtleties, and difficulties involved in doing this - as elaborated in this book - were not known to us or others like us. May God's mercy and grace be upon these hardworking artists.
