Liebe Wagenplatz-begeisterte,
in dem letzten Jahrzent ist es immer schwieriger geworden, uns als Wagenplatz-Gemeinschaften zu behaupten.
Räumungsdrohungen und die Angst vor Repressionen gehören mittlerweile zu unseren täglichen Gedankengängen und wir haben die Nase voll.
Wir wollen einfach nur in Ruhe leben und uns in unsere Nachbarschaften einbringen, aber die Regierung ist unerbittlich. Egal, ob es sich um ein langjähriges Projekt aus der guten alten Zeit handelt oder um ein neues Projekt, welches versucht, ein neues Stück Land vor der fortschreitenden Gentrifizierung zu sichern und zu schützen. Wir sind umso mehr genervt, dass es nicht genug Bewusstsein für diese Entwicklung gibt.
Deshalb werden wir bei unserer Truck-Demo am 17. Mai 2024 mit unseren geliebten Wägen die Stadt unsicher machen.
Wir werden an relevanten Projekten vorbeikommen und versuchen, dem Staat Platz wegzunehmen und ihn denen zu geben, die ihn für diesen Tag brauchen.
Wir treffen uns um 13 Uhr an der Oberbaumbrücke auf der Seite von Friedrichshain, wo die Berliner Mauer beginnt.

Dear fellow wagenplatz-enthusiasts,
it has become increasingly more difficult to hold our ground as wagenplatz community over the last decade.
Eviction threats and fear of repressions have become part of our daily thought processes and we are fed up.
we just wanna be living in piece and contribute the our neighbourhoods, but the government is relentless. Regardless if we are a long lasting project from the good old times or a new project, that tries to secure and safe a new piece of land from the ongoing gentrification. We are fed up even so more as there is not enough awareness regarding this development.
Thats why we will rush through the city with our beloved wagons at our truck demo on the 17th of May 2024.
We will stop by relevant projects and try to take space from the state and give it to those who need it for the day.
We meet 1pm at the oberbaumbrücke on the side of Friedrichshain where the berlin wall beginns.

Hello everyone,
This is you reminder, that tomorrow we rally through the city together with our trucks 💥💥
We also want to share with you, that trucks over 3,75m propably have to partly drive an alternative route with our very best friends in blue. No worries, we will leave nobody alone!
And because we all forget all the time: check your TÜV, bring your license, car papers, vests, first aid kits, friends to support you during the drive and leave the box of beer somewhere else then on the passenger seat!
We wanna have a chill and fun demo and concert with all of you tomorrow! So sleep well, don't let cops annoy you and see you 1pm tomorrow at Oberbaumbrücke! 💥💥💥🚚

Bezüglich des Callouts von Alex aka Gorodok/ Risky Trick

Wir, das Køpi-Hausprojekt, haben am letzten Plenum (21.10.) beschlossen, dass Alex, alias Gorodok/Risky Trick, seinen Wohnraum in Køpi am 22.10. verlassen muss und mit sofortiger Wirkung ein Hausverbot in Kraft tritt. Er wird aus dem Projekt und allen Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Køpi ausgeschlossen. Er hat die Möglichkeit seine Sachen innerhalb eines limitierten Zeitraums unter Aufsicht abzuholen, aber nicht an Wochenenden oder während Veranstaltungen in der Køpi oder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt. Eine ausführlichere Erklärung des Køpi-Hauses wird innerhalb dieser Woche veröffentlicht.
Regarding the Callout of Alex aka Gorodok/ Risky Trick
We, as Køpi house project, have come to the decision on yesterday's plenum (21.10) that Alex, aka Gorodok/Risky Trick, has to leave his living space in Køpi from 22.10, and is now banned from the project and any activities associated with Køpi, effective immediately. He has a limited time to collect his possessions under supervision. This will not be during weekends or when there are events in Køpi. We will publish a more detailed statement from Køpi house this week.

The “owners” of Køpi project,
Startezia GmbH (a shell company of Sanus AG), will take Køpi to court on 6 November 2024 , 10:15, at the Moabit Criminal Court (Turmstraße 91, 10559 Berlin).
This is the same postbox company that evicted Køpi Wagenplatz in 2021.
Unfortunately we cannot give any more information on the situation as the project is in talks with our legal team,
but we can tell you that the future of Køpi as we know it is under threat. For more information and to find out how you can help,
