چند روز پیش در یک تمرین رزمی با مهمات جنگی یک دستگاه تانک M1A2K آبرامز نیروی زمینی کویت اشتباهی از پشت یک تانک دیگر خودی را در فاصله نزدیک مورد اصابت قرار داد !
در این حادثه دو خدمه تانک درجا کشته و دو خدمه دیگر بشدت زخمی شده اند.
از شکل انفجار بنظر می رسد پرتابه شلیک شده احتمالا M830 محترقه شدید است.
