Shaykh_ul_Islām_Ibn_Taymiyyah said:

“Perhaps people celebrate Mawlid in order to copy Christian celebrations of Christmas.”

[Iqtidā’ aṣ-Ṣirāṭ al-mustaqīm (p. 146)]

" And do not disgrace me on the Day they are [all] resurrected -

The Day when there will not benefit [anyone] wealth or children

But only one who comes to Allāh with a sound heart."

أَفَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ رِضۡوَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَنۢ بَآءَ بِسَخَطٖ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَمَأۡوَىٰهُ جَهَنَّمُۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِيرُ (162) هُمۡ دَرَجَٰتٌ عِندَ ٱللَّهِۗ وَٱللَّهُ بَصِيرُۢ بِمَا يَعۡمَلُونَ (163)

So is one who pursues the pleasure of Allah like one who brings upon himself the anger of Allah and whose refuge is Hell? And wretched is the destination. They are [varying] degrees in the sight of Allah, and Allah is Seeing of whatever they do.

Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said:

Whoever travels a path in search of knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a path to Jannah. People do not gather in the houses of Allah, reciting the book of Allah and studying it together, but that tranquility will descend upon them, mercy will cover them, angels will surround them, and Allah will mention them to those near him.

All hearts need reassurance, even the heart of Abraham, peace be upon him. Even with faith, the heart needs more reassurance.

O God, grant us certainty that reassures the heart and comfort that fills the chest.

The Qur’an was not revealed merely for recitation or for prayer to be established upon it. Rather, it was revealed to be reflected upon, understood, and to guide in both knowledge and action. It opens the eyes from blindness, directs away from misguidance, teaches the ignorant, heals from error, and leads to the Straight Path.

🌕 خسوف القمر – اليوم الأحد 7 سبتمبر 2025

في مشهد سماوي نادر، تترقب أنظار العالم خسوفًا قمريًا كليًا اليوم الأحد، حيث يكتسي القمر بحلّة حمراء داكنة تُعرف بـ"القمر الدموي"، في ظاهرة فلكية تبعث على التأمل والخشوع.

يبدا الخسوف من 8:30 مساء حتى الساعه 11:50 مساء

🌍 الدول التي ستشهد الظاهرة:
السعودية، مصر، العراق، الأردن، لبنان، سوريا، تركيا، الإمارات، وغيرها من الدول العربية والإسلامية⁽²⁾

🕌 صلاة الخسوف:
هي سنة مؤكدة عن النبي ﷺ تُصلّى جماعة أو فرادى، بركعتين وفي كل ركعة ركوعان وسجودان. تُقام فور بدء الظاهرة، ويُستحب فيها الإطالة والخشوع، فهي تذكير بقدرة الله وآية من آياته.

📖 قال رسول الله ﷺ:
> "إن الشمس والقمر آيتان من آيات الله، لا يُخسفان لموت أحد ولا لحياته، ولكن يخوّف الله بهما عباده."

🌕 Lunar Eclipse – Sunday, September 7, 2025

In a rare celestial spectacle, the world is awaiting a total lunar eclipse today, Sunday, when the moon will be covered in a dark red hue known as a "blood moon," an astronomical phenomenon that inspires contemplation and reverence.

The eclipse will begin from 8:30 PM until 11:50 PM.

🌍 Countries that will witness the phenomenon:
Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, the UAE, and other Arab and Islamic countries⁽²⁾

🕌 Eclipse Prayer:
It is a confirmed Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. It is performed in congregation or individually, with two rak'ahs, each of which includes two bowings and two prostrations. It is performed immediately upon the onset of the phenomenon. It is recommended to prolong it and remain humble, as it is a reminder of God's power and a sign of His signs.

📖 The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
> "The sun and the moon are two signs among the signs of God. They do not eclipse for the death or life of anyone, but God uses them to frighten His servants."
