بنام،
این اصطلاح معمولا در اول اسم استفاده می شود و معنی اش میشه، (بنام، مثلا) یعنی وقتی کسی را برای چیزی که است قبول نداری یا مناسب نمیدونی.

So-called friend نادوست
So-called doctor نادکتر


✅ He is a so-called doctor.
او بنام دکتر است. (یعنی: دکتر باهوش و حرفه ای نیست)

✅ She is a so-called teacher.
او بنام استاد است.

✳️بدل ها در گرامر (Appositives) (بخش اول)

✳️ بدل ها در واقع اسم یا ضمیر یا مجموعه ای از آن ها هستند که در کنار یک اسم یا ضمیر دیگه می آیند تا آن را تعریف کرده یا توضیحی داده باشند.

برای متوجه شدن این گرامر اول چند مثال بزنیم:

✅ Your friend Bill is in trouble.
در اینجا friend همان اسم ما و Bill همان بدل ماست. بدون بدل، مشخص نیست کدوم دوست ما به مشکل خورده.

✅ My brother's car, a sporty red convertible with bucket seats, is the envy of my friends.

در اینجا my brother's car اسم ما و عبارت a sporty red convertible with bucket seats بدل ما محسوب می شود.

✅ The chief surgeon, an expert in organ-transplant procedures, took her nephew on a hospital tour.

در اینجا واژه surgeon اسم و عبارت an expert in organ-transplant procedures بدل ما حساب می شود.
