Select the users you want to add and click “Invite.” You can skip this step altogether. Telegram users themselves will be able to flag and report potentially false content. According to media reports, the privacy watchdog was considering “blacklisting” some online platforms that have repeatedly posted doxxing information, with sources saying most messages were shared on Telegram. With the administration mulling over limiting access to doxxing groups, a prominent Telegram doxxing group apparently went on a "revenge spree."
