Ng, who had pleaded not guilty to all charges, had been detained for more than 20 months. Pepe the Frog was created back in 2005 by Matt Furie and has since become an internet symbol for meme culture and “degen” culture. With Bitcoin down 30% in the past week, some crypto traders have taken to Telegram to “voice” their feelings. Members can post their voice notes of themselves screaming. Interestingly, the group doesn’t allow to post anything else which might lead to an instant ban. As of now, there are more than 330 members in the group.
