- Attorney Katja Wörmer only learnt yesterday morning that Fuellmich had already been transferred to solitary confinement on Friday afternoon immediately after the trial day
- His cell was searched, (insignificant) things were taken in search of recording equipment
- He was not allowed to contact her or Christoph Misere! Under the rule of law, however, it is customary in any case to speak to your lawyer even if you are arrested by the police or your home is searched
- There is said to have been an anonymous complaint that Fuellmich had smuggled prohibited audio recordings to the outside world, which is said to have triggered the search of the cell. However, Füllmich has had official court authorisation from the outset to make and publish voice and video recordings, which have been available on various channels for months ("Reiner Füllmich Update"s).
- he had to submit a new application yesterday in order to be able to speak to the prison management at all. He spent three days in solitary confinement, overwhelmed and uncertain

- In my opinion, it seems that someone planned Reiner Fuellmich not to attend the birthday party that was held for him on Sunday in front of the prison and to which many people from Germany and abroad had travelled (he himself was transferred to the other side of the building) and was to be psychologically weakened by additional harassment.
- The cry of "freedom" on Sunday from the prison, which was attributed to him, therefore probably came from a fellow prisoner and not from him.

Unser heutiger Tag auf einem Blick
Jiota hat ein deftiger Infekt erwischt und George hat die Pflege übernommen. Mikis ist ebenfalls erkrankt und wird tierärztlich untersucht und von Alkmini gepflegt.
Katja und StreamPunk werden heute in einer Doppelschicht glänzen. Katja sowohl im Gerichtssaal als Verteidigerin Reiner Füllmichs, als auch als diejenige, die das Wichtigste für euch zusammenfasst und dieses an StreamPunk fernmündlich übermittelt. Dieser macht sich heute an das Video, damit Sokrates mit der Übersetzung ins Griechische starten kann.

Die Stärkung des Patenonkels durch Ostertraditionen
Zu Ostern backen in Griechenland die Frauen seit eh und je Tsourékia, flockige, süßliche Hefezöpfe mit der unvergleichlich leckeren Geschmacksdominanz von zwei orientalischen Gewürzen.

Wie jedes Jahr waren wir am Sonntag wieder zum Familienessen meines Patensohnes eingeladen. In Hellas gelten die Paten als Teil der Familie.
Es gab Majirítsa, Innereiensuppe, Tzatziki und als Highlight gebackenes Lammfleisch. Nichts für Veganer, ich weiß, aber untrennbar mit Tradition verbunden.
Des Kindes Oma väterlicherseits "Jajá Elisávet" hat für alle Ablegerhäuser ihrer Familie (das des Sohnes, das seines Schwiegervaters und das seines Schwager sowie das der Paten seiner Kinder) je ein Tsoureki mitgebracht. Und rotgefärbte Eier für jeden einzelnen für die obligatorische Eier-Titsch-"Schlacht", bei der Sokrates, der Patenonkel, erst quasi im Finale von Papú Jiannis, dem Opa mütterlicherseits, "geschlagen" wurde. Ob die Erfahrung den Unterschied machte??🤪🤣.

Dieser Tsouréki und das recht "siegreiche" Ei sorgten nicht nur für einen ordentlichen Energieschub für meinen Körper, sondern auch für die Psyche, da ich auf eine intensive Geschmacksreise zurück zum Land der Sonne und der Herzlichkeit genommen wurde. So als Ausgleich für die hier oft verarbeiteten Neuigkeiten... Es geht also weiter

Το Πάσχα οι γυναίκες στην Ελλάδα ψήνουν από ανέκαθεν τσουρέκια, αφράτους, γλυκούς κότσους από μαγιά με την ασύγκριτα νόστιμη γευστική κυριαρχία δύο ανατολίτικων μπαχαρικών.

Όπως κάθε χρόνο, ήμασταν καλεσμένοι στο οικογενειακό δείπνο του βαφτισιμιού μου την Κυριακή. Στην Ελλάδα, οι νονοί θεωρούνται μέρος της οικογένειας.
Φάγαμε μαγιρίτσα, σούπα από εντόσθια, τζατζίκι και, ως αποκορύφωμα, ψητό αρνί. Όχι για χορτοφάγους, το ξέρω, αλλά άρρηκτα συνδεδεμένο με την παράδοση.
Η πατρική γιαγιά του παιδιού Ελισάβετ έφερε ένα τσουρέκι για κάθε σπίτι της οικογένειάς της (του γιου της, του πεθερού του, του γαμπρού του και των νονών των παιδιών του). Και κόκκινα χρωματιστά αυγά για τον καθένα από αυτούς για την υποχρεωτική αυγομαχία (τσούγκρισμα), στην οποία ο Σωκράτης, ο νονός, "νικήθηκε" μόνο από τον Παπού Γιάννη, τον παππού από την πλευρά της μητέρας του, στον "τελικό". Λέτε η εμπειρία να έκανε τη διαφορά;

Αυτό το τσουρέκι και το κατά πολύ "νικηφόρο" αυγό δεν προσέφεραν μόνο μια καλή ενεργειακή ώθηση για το σώμα μου, αλλά και για την ψυχή, καθώς με ταξίδεψε έντονα γευστικά πίσω στη χώρα του ήλιου και της καρδιακής ζεστασιάς. Ως αντιστάθμισμα κατά κάποιο τρόπο για τις ειδήσεις που συχνά επεξεργάζονται εδώ... Έτσι συνεχίζουμε...

At Easter, women in Greece have always baked tsourékia, flaky, sweet yeast plaits with the incomparably delicious flavour dominance of two oriental spices.

As every year, we were invited to my godson's family dinner on Sunday. In Hellas, godparents are considered part of the family.
We had majirítsa, offal soup, tzatziki and, as a highlight, baked lamb. Not for vegans, I know, but inextricably linked to tradition.
The child's paternal grandmother "Jajá Elisávet" brought a tsoureki for each of her family's homes (her son's, his father-in-law's, his brother-in-law's and his children's godparents'). And red-coloured eggs for each of them for the obligatory egg hit-"battle", in which Socrates, the godfather, was only "beaten" by Papú Jiannis, the grandfather on his mother's side, in the final. Did the experience make the difference?

This tsouréki and the rather "victorious" egg not only provided a good energy boost for the body, but also for the psyche, as I was taken on an intense flavour journey back to the land of sunshine and warmth. To compensate for the news that is often processed here... So it continues

Die Verhandlung heute war relativ kurz. Beide Aussetzungsanträge der Verteidigung, sowohl von RAin Katja Wörmer, als auch von RA Dr. Christof Miseré wurden abgelehnt. Nach der sehr ernüchternden erneuten rechtlichen Einschätzung des Gerichts, die der Vorsitzende heute wiederum mit dem ablehnenden Beschluss mitgeteilt und vorgelesen hat, rügte RAin Katja Wörmer, dass sie ihren eigenen Aussetzungsantrag noch nicht in der mündlichen Verhandlung verlesen hatte und bestand darauf, diesen nunmehr verlesen zu können. Dies wurde ihr sodann vom Vorsitzenden gestattet. Darüber hinaus verlas sie ihre vorläufige Stellungnahme zur Glaubwürdigkeit der Zeugin Viviane Fischer. Diese wird noch ergänzt werden.

Auch stellte RAin Katja Wörmer einen Fristverlängerungsantrag für die Benennung weiterer Zeugen. Im Anschluss verlas dann Dr. Reiner Füllmich seine persönliche Stellungnahme zur aktuellen Situation, die teilweise sehr emotional und auch geprägt von den Ereignissen der vergangenen drei Tage in der JVA war. Eine Veröffentlichung der Unterlagen folgt noch.

Die Kammer zog sich zwischenzeitlich zur Beratung zurück und verkündete danach, dass die beiden Verhandlungstage in der kommenden Woche am 14. und 15.05.2024 aufgehoben und die Frist für die Einreichung von Beweisanträgen auf den 10.06.2024 festgelegt wurde. Dies ist als ein Erfolg der Verteidigung zu werten.

Η σημερινή δικάσιμος ήταν σχετικά σύντομη. Και οι δύο αιτήσεις αναστολής που υπέβαλε η υπεράσπιση, τόσο η δικηγόρος Κάτια Βέρμερ όσο και ο Δρ Κρίστοφ Μιζερέ, απορρίφθηκαν. Μετά την πολύ απογοητευτική νέα νομική εκτίμηση του δικαστηρίου, την οποία ο προεδρεύων δικαστής κοινοποίησε και πάλι και ανέγνωσε σήμερα με την αρνητική απόφαση, η Κάτια Βέρμερ κατήγγειλε ότι δεν είχε ακόμη διαβάσει τη δική της αίτηση αναστολής κατά την προφορική ακρόαση και επέμεινε να μπορεί να την διαβάσει τώρα. Αυτό της επέτρεψε στη συνέχεια ο προεδρεύων δικαστής. Επιπλέον, ανέγνωσε την προκαταρκτική της τοποθέτηση σχετικά με την αξιοπιστία της μάρτυρος Βιβιάνε Φίσερ. Αυτή θα συμπληρωθεί προσεχώς.

Επίσης, η δικηγόρος Κάτια Βέρμερ υπέβαλε αίτημα για παράταση της προθεσμίας για τον ορισμό περαιτέρω μαρτύρων. Στη συνέχεια, ο Δρ Ράινερ Φίλμιχ ανέγνωσε την προσωπική του τοποθέτηση σχετικά με την τρέχουσα κατάσταση, η οποία ήταν ενίοτε πολύ συναισθηματική και επηρεασμένη επίσης από τα γεγονότα των τριών τελευταίων ημερών στη φυλακή. Τα έγγραφα θα δημοσιευθούν αργότερα.

Εν τω μεταξύ, το προεδρείο αποσύρθηκε για διαβουλεύσεις και ανακοίνωσε στη συνέχεια ότι οι δύο δικάσιμες ημέρες της προσεχούς εβδομάδας στις 14 και 15 Μαΐου 2024 ακυρώθηκαν και η προθεσμία για την υποβολή προτάσεων για την παροχή αποδεικτικών στοιχείων ορίστηκε για τις 10 Ιουνίου 2024. The hearing today was relatively short. Both motions for a stay of proceedings by the defence, both by Katja Wörmer and Dr Christoph Miseré, were rejected. After the court's very sobering new legal assessment, which the presiding judge again communicated and read out today with the negative decision, Katja Wörmer criticised the fact that she had not yet read out her own application for a stay in the oral hearing and insisted on being able to read it out now. This was then authorised by the chairman. In addition, she read out her preliminary statement on the credibility of the witness Viviane Fischer. This will be supplemented.

Attorney Katja Wörmer also submitted a request for an extension of the deadline for naming further witnesses. Zum Ende der Verhandlung, als der Vorsitzende diese schließen wollte, wies RAin Katja Wörmer nochmals auf die Ereignisse in der JVA hin und erwähnte, dass man Dr. Reiner Füllmich für drei Tage weggesperrt und ihm eine Kontaktsperre zu den Mithäftlingen auferlegt, ihn isoliert und ihn in die so genannte Auffangstation zurückverlegt hatte. Seine Zelle wurde durchsucht. Ob es dafür eines Durchsuchungsbeschlusses bedurft hätte oder ob es sich um eine willkürliche Anordnung handelte, wird zurzeit geprüft.

Der Vorsitzende hat sich dahingehend geäußert, dass er zwar seitens des Gerichts eine schriftliche Genehmigung für die Fertigung von Video- und Tonbandaufnahmen sowie für die Verwendung von Aufnahmegeräten erteilt hätte, er jedoch angeblich auch immer darauf hingewiesen hätte, (auch dies wird gerade geprüft) dass die JVA unter eigener Verantwortung auch eigene Regelungen treffen könne, vor allem wenn eine akute Gefahrenlage gesehen werden würde. Vor diesem Hintergrund müsse sich die Verteidigung direkt an die JVA mit einer Beschwerde oder einer Anfrage zur Sachverhaltsaufklärung wenden.

RAin Katja Wörmer wies diesbezüglich darauf hin, dass es Dr. Reiner Füllmich vehement über drei Tage (!) untersagt wurde, seine Anwälte oder seine Ehefrau anzurufen. Ebenso hatte sich das Personal der JVA geweigert, seine Anwältin anzurufen, die diesen Sachverhalt sofort hätte aufklären können, nämlich dass eine schriftliche Genehmigung des Gerichts vorlag. Es entspräche der Rechtslage in Deutschland, dass jeder Betroffene mit (s)einem Anwalt sprechen dürfe, wenn er es verlange.

Durch die ausführlichen rechtlichen Ausführungen und Stellungnahmen der Verteidigung konnte der Nachhall des niederschmetternden Beschlusses des Gerichtes deutlich überschrieben werden, ebenso durch die eigene Stellungnahme von Dr. Reiner Füllmich selbst.

Στο τέλος της ακροαματικής διαδικασίας, καθώς ο προεδρεύων δικαστής επρόκειτο να την κλείσει, η δικηγόρος Κάτια Βέρμερ αναφέρθηκε και πάλι στα γεγονότα της φυλακής και ανέφερε ότι ο Δρ Ράινερ Φίλμιχ είχε κλειστεί για τρεις ημέρες και ότι του είχε απαγορευτεί η επαφή με τους συγκρατούμενούς του, είχε απομονωθεί και είχε μεταφερθεί πίσω στο λεγόμενο κέντρο υποδοχής. Το κελί του ερευνήθηκε. Το κατά πόσον θα έπρεπε να έχει εκδοθεί ένταλμα έρευνας ή αν επρόκειτο για αυθαίρετη εντολή εξετάζεται επί του παρόντος.

Ο προεδρεύων δικαστής δήλωσε ότι, αν και είχε εκδώσει γραπτή άδεια από το δικαστήριο για την παραγωγή βιντεοσκοπήσεων και ηχογραφήσεων και για τη χρήση συσκευών καταγραφής, φέρεται να είχε πάντα επισημάνει (αυτό επίσης εξετάζεται επί του παρόντος) ότι η φυλακή μπορούσε επίσης να προβεί σε δικές της ρυθμίσεις με δική της ευθύνη, ιδίως εάν γινόταν αντιληπτή μια οξεία κατάσταση κινδύνου. Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, η υπεράσπιση θα έπρεπε να επικοινωνήσει απευθείας με τη φυλακή για να υποβάλει καταγγελία ή να ζητήσει τη διευκρίνιση των γεγονότων.

Εν προκειμένω, η δικηγόρος Κάτια Βέρμερ επεσήμανε ότι στον Δρ Ράινερ Φίλμιχ απαγορεύτηκε σθεναρά επί τρεις ημέρες (!) να καλέσει τους δικηγόρους του ή τη σύζυγό του. Επίσης, το προσωπικό της φυλακής είχε αρνηθεί να καλέσει τη δικηγόρο του, η οποία θα μπορούσε να διευκρινίσει άμεσα το θέμα, ότι δηλαδή υπήρχε γραπτή εξουσιοδότηση από το δικαστήριο. Αυτό θα αντιστοιχούσε στο νομικό καθεστώς της Γερμανίας, σύμφωνα με το οποίο κάθε ενδιαφερόμενος έχει τη δυνατότητα να μιλήσει με (το) δικηγόρο (του), εφόσον το επιθυμεί.

Εξαιτίας των λεπτομερών νομικών εξηγήσεων και δηλώσεων της υπεράσπισης, καθώς και της δήλωσης του ίδιου του Δρ Ράινερ Φίλμιχ, ο απόηχος της καταστροφικής απόφασης του δικαστηρίου μπορούσε να υπερκεραστεί σαφώς.

At the end of the hearing, when the presiding judge was about to close it, lawyer Katja Wörmer referred once again to the events in the prison and mentioned that Dr Reiner Fuellmich had been locked away for three days and that he had been barred from contact with his fellow inmates, isolated and transferred back to the so-called reception centre. His cell was searched. Whether this would have required a search warrant or whether it was an arbitrary order is currently being examined.

The presiding judge stated that although he had issued written authorisation from the court for the production of video and audio recordings and for the use of recording devices, he had allegedly always pointed out (this is also currently being examined) that the prison could also make its own arrangements under its own responsibility, especially if an acute danger situation was perceived. Against this background, the defence would have to contact the prison directly with a complaint or a request for clarification of the facts.

In this regard, lawyer Katja Wörmer pointed out that Dr Reiner Fuellmich was vehemently forbidden to call his lawyers or his wife for three days (!). The prison staff had also refused to call his lawyer, who could have clarified the matter immediately, namely that there was written authorisation from the court. This would be in line with the legal situation in Germany, where every person concerned is allowed to speak to a lawyer if they so wish.

The reverberations of the court's devastating decision could be clearly overwritten by the detailed legal explanations and statements of the defence, as well as by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich's own statement.

Die Frist zur Einreichung von Beweisanträgen ist der 10.6.2024.

🇩🇪 Schaffend oder zerstörend?
Jeder Mensch ist "entweder-oder", dazwischen gibt es nichts.

Henri J. M. Nouwen gab uns in seinem Buch (Du bist 😉) "Der geliebte Mensch" (übrigens wärmste Leseempfehlung für ein gesundes Selbstbild!) eine genial simple, alltagstaugliche Definition von "Gut" und "Böse" an die Hand, um im Nu klar zu erkennen, ob in bestimmten Situationen, Taten, Aussagen nun Gott oder Satan herrscht (weit weg von irgendwelchem zwanghaften Dogmatismus):

🥳 👉 Gott herrscht überall wo Menschen mit-einander planen, schaffen, singen, tanzen, sprechen, lachen
💥👉 Satan/Diabolus (vom griech. δια-βάλω/dia-valo=spalten/einen Keil eintreiben) herrscht überall, wo Menschen sich streiten, schreien, zerstören, sich gegenseitig schaden.

Für welche Seite entscheidest Du Dich in Deinen Situationen? Wen unterstützt Du jedesmal bewusst oder unbewusst, Gott oder Satan? Beobachte... Dich, und die Welt um Dich herum... ;-)

(Die Bilder sind also durch "Gottes Geist" 😉 zwischen meiner Tochter und mir mit einer Marmorier-Methode auf Wasser entstanden🙏

🇬🇷 Δημιουργώντας ή καταστρέφοντας;
Κάθε ανθρώπινο ον είναι "είτε-το -ένα-είτε-το-άλλο", δεν υπάρχει τίποτα ενδιάμεσα.

Στο βιβλίο του (εσύ είσαι 😉) "Ο αγαπημένος άνθρωπος", ο Henri J. M. Nouwen (παρεμπιπτόντως, θερμότατη σύσταση ανάγνωσης για μια υγιή αυτοεικόνα!) μας έδωσε έναν έξυπνα απλό ορισμό του "καλού" και του "κακού", κατάλληλο για καθημερινή χρήση, επιτρέποντάς μας να αναγνωρίσουμε με σαφήνεια στη στιγμή αν ο Θεός ή ο Σατανάς βασιλεύει σε ορισμένες καταστάσεις, πράξεις και δηλώσεις (μακριά από κάθε εμμονικό δογματισμό):

🥳 👉 Ο Θεός βασιλεύει όπου οι άνθρωποι σχεδιάζουν, δημιουργούν, τραγουδούν, χορεύουν, μιλούν, γελούν μεταξύ τους
💥👉 Ο Σατανάς/Διάβολος (από το ελληνικό δια-βάλω/δια-βάλω=διαχωρίζω/διασπώ) βασιλεύει όπου οι άνθρωποι διαφωνούν, φωνάζουν, καταστρέφουν και βλάπτουν ο ένας τον άλλον.

Ποιά πλευρά επιλέγετε στις δικές σας καταστάσεις; Ποιόν υποστηρίζετε συνειδητά ή ασυνείδητα κάθε φορά, τον Θεό ή τον Σατανά; Παρατήρησε... εσένα και τον κόσμο γύρω σου... ;-)

(Οι εικόνες λοιπόν δημιουργήθηκαν από το "πνεύμα του Θεού" 😉 ανάμεσα στην κόρη μου και εμένα χρησιμοποιώντας μια μέθοδο μαρμάρωσης πάνω σε νερό🙏

🇬🇧 Creating or destroying?
Every human being is "either-or", there is nothing in between.

In his book (you're 😉) "The Beloved Man", Henri J. M. Nouwen (by the way, warmest reading recommendation for a healthy self-image!) provided us with an ingeniously simple definition of "good" and "evil" that is suitable for everyday use, enabling us to clearly recognise in an instant whether God or Satan reigns in certain situations, actions and statements (far away from any obsessive dogmatism):

🥳 👉 God reigns wherever people plan, create, sing, dance, speak, laugh with each other
💥👉 Satan/Diabolus (from the Greek δια-βάλω/dia-valo=to divide/drive a wedge) rules wherever people argue, shout, destroy and harm each other.

Which side do you choose in your situations? Who do you consciously or unconsciously support each time, God or Satan? Observe... you, and the world around you... ;-)

🇩🇪 Davon abgesehen, dass eine "demokratische" Wahl, die 59% der Menschen, die kein Vertrauen in irgendwelche Parteien haben und deshalb nicht wählen, ignoriert und systematisch verschweigt (Umfrage von wahlen.de im Januar 2024), keinesfalls ernsthaft "demokratisch" genannt werden kann, hier etwas zum Schmunzeln:
SPD-Plakat etwas falsch angebracht. Botschaft stimmt aber.
Wenn der Plakatkleber vier Teile falsch aufklebt, wird es eben richtig!
Wer auch immer es war: WIR FEIERN DICH!
"Demokratie verteidigen, Armut wählen, SPD bekämpfen, Wohlstand sichern". (Danke, Achim, fürs Zusenden! 😉👍🙏)

🇬🇷 Πέρα από το γεγονός ότι μια "δημοκρατική" εκλογή που αγνοεί και αποκρύπτει συστηματικά το 59% των ανθρώπων που δεν εμπιστεύονται κανένα κόμμα και ως εκ τούτου δεν ψηφίζουν (έρευνα του wahlen.de τον Ιανουάριο του 2024) δεν μπορεί να αποκαλείται σοβαρά "δημοκρατική", εδώ υπάρχει κάτι για να χαμογελάσετε:
Η αφίσα του σοσιαλιστικού κόμματος της Γερμανίας SPD είναι ελαφρώς λανθασμένα τοποθετημένη. Αλλά το μήνυμα είναι σωστό.
Αν ο κολλητής της αφίσας τοποθετήσει τα τέσσερα κομμάτια λάθος, το πράγμα βγαίνει σωστό!
Όποιος κι αν ήταν: ΣΕ ΓΙΟΡΤΑΖΟΥΜΕ!
"Υπερασπιστείτε τη δημοκρατία, ψηφίστε για τη φτώχεια, πολεμήστε το SPD, εξασφαλίστε την ευημερία"

🇬🇧 Apart from the fact that a "democratic" election that ignores and systematically conceals 59% of people who have no confidence in any party and therefore do not vote (survey by wahlen.de in January 2024) cannot seriously be called "democratic", here is something to smile about:
SPD (german socialist party) poster slightly misplaced. But the message is right.
If the person who put up the poster gets four parts wrong, it will be right!
Whoever it was: WE CELEBRATE YOU!
