第一个参数为本地监听地址与端口（iOS 仅支持 127.0.0.1 或 0.0.0.0），第二个参数为转发目标，policy 参数选填，如果不填的话将使用标准代理匹配决定策略。该功能暂无 UI 配置。

该功能常见于使用 SSH 连接服务器 MariaDB 等开发调试场景。
