Occurred to me during the night that standing in a line to put an X on a piece of paper is what illiterate peasants used to do before they joined the army or boarded a ship.

Why is it that after the complete scam of covid when people said they would never trust politicians, billionaires, big business, etc, that so many people are once again trusting them?
