This weekend, I received dozens of questions how to trade a current conflict between Israel and Iran.

Personally, I am on a conservative side, I will strictly continue trading my plan and my strategy. Moreover, the increased market volatility that we saw last week is a significant red flag and alert for me to be extra careful and place less trades because of extreme market impulsivity.✋

Of course, such levels of volatility can be profitable, but for day traders and scalpers they are a major threat. Even being right in your predictions, you can be stopped out by a random high momentum candle. It happens during normal times as well, and the chances increase dramatically during such events.📈

Holding any active trade, do not forget to monitor the news.
In case of sudden escalation or deescalation, the markets may react strongly and that can be a signal for you to cut losses or to close a profitable trade earlier.📰

Also, try not being emotional. I check a lot of different trading ideas on Sunday and I saw that many authors, traders, and analysts gave a signal to buy Gold after the opening because it supposed to go straight to the moon. I guess you saw, that instead, the first part of the day was completely bearish.📰
