🍀وبینار کارگاه بررسی نمونه مقالات چاپ نشده در رشته آموزش زبان انگلیسی و بررسی ایرادات روز دوشنبه ۱۲ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۳ساعت ۱۵ الی ۱۶:۳۰ به استاد راهنمایی خانم دکتر مینو‌عالمی و مدرسین خانم فرناز تهرانی و خانم اکرم میرمهدی به صورت آنلاین با استقبال دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری برگزار شد.

🍀در این وبینار به بررسی انواع مختلف ایرادات مقالات رد شده و چاپ نشده در ژورنالهای معتبر رشته آموزش زبان انگلیسی پرداخته شد و ایرادات مقالات به همراه کامنتهای داوران ژورنالها بررسی شد و در آخر به سوالات شرکت کنندگان پاسخ داده شد.

Teacher autonomy (TA), including its conceptualization and multidimensionality, has received increasing attention in the past two decades. Notwithstanding many attempts to measure TA, teachers’ capacity for self-directed professional action (CSDPA) has remained under-researched. To address this gap, this article delved into the status of English as a foreign language (EFL) teachers’ CSDPA by developing and validating a questionnaire based on TA literature and semi-structured interviews with teachers. Employing exploratory factor analysis (EFA), the factor structures of 300 Iranian EFL teachers’ responses were examined in terms of their CSDPA. The analysis results yielded five factors regarding teachers’ CSDPA, including their capacities for self-directed instructional and curricular activities, self-directed institutional actions, self-directed teacher learning activities, self-directed assessment and collegial negotiation activities, and self-directed relational and ethical actions. The research outcomes suggest implications for language teachers, institute principals, and teacher educators to attend to teachers’ autonomy as a key feature of their professional action.

✅Description
Scaffolding is a contributing factor to the effectiveness of pragmatic instruction. Although there is a large body of research on the means of scaffolding in second language teaching, research on scaffolding in L2 pragmatic instruction, especially in online teaching, is still in its infancy. To bridge the gap, this study investigated the means of scaffolding (feedback, giving hints, instructing, explaining, modeling, and questioning) utilized by teachers to aid learners in producing pragmatically appropriate speech acts of request and refusal. The data from 18 hours of online pragmatic instruction to 21 intermediate EFL learners via the Skyroom platform showed that the most frequent means of scaffolding used by three teachers participating in this study were questioning and explaining. Employing questioning, teachers used display questions to guide learners toward the appropriate production of request and refusal. Moreover, explaining, as a means of scaffolding, helped learners.
