Bangtan Sonyeondan also known as BTS, is the most well know KPOP Idol around the world. They are the first Korean boy band that have been invited to a lot of American music awards and famous TV shows. We can be sure that the influence these boys have is very evident as they have a large fanbase called ARMY. With that in mind they must constantly portray their best self. so, what is their secret? recently the secret to one of the youngest members of BTS have been discovered by their fan through there live. The workout routines consist of:

20 squats

20 pushups

20 jump squats

20 pike pushups

10 planks

20 mountain climbers

15 burpees

20 crunches

20 leg raises

20 superman’s exercises

Twice’s Momo Abs Workout

Twice is also a well know girl group idol that was formed through a survival reality show called Sixteen. In which, the girls will compete each other through singing and dancing skill that are needed in order to debut as an Idol. Momo being the best dancer in the group have shown us countless performance where her abs are shown and oh my girl her abs is to die for. But to achieve that you must survive this routine. Which is twist plank that you will do 50 reps of the exercise at a time and 3 times a day. All that equals to you have to do 150 twist planks vigorously to achieve the rock-solid abs that she have.
