🇷🇺🎓🇬🇳 19 июня Посол России в Гвинее А.В.Попов посетил Высший институт искусств им.М.Канте в Дюбреке.
В ходе визита состоялась встреча с Генеральным директором института доктором Ф.П.Иффоно. Обсуждались перспективы развития двустороннего культурного сотрудничества.
Ф.П.Иффоно поделился с главой дипмиссии впечатлениями от своей недавней поездки в Россию и высказался в пользу увеличения квоты на обучение гвинейских студентов творческих специальностей в нашей стране. А.В.Попов поддержал данную идею, а также передал в дар институту научно-образовательную литературу, рассказывающую о культуре России.
🎵 Для посла была проведена экскурсия по вузу, в ходе которой ему рассказали об истории учебного заведения. В завершение визита был организован концерт с участием гвинейских артистов, который продолжился выступлением российских музыкантов в рамках проекта «Восходящие звезды».

Au cours de la visite, il a rencontré Dr Faya Pascal Iffono, Directeur Général de l'institut. Les perspectives de développement de la coopération culturelle bilatérale ont été discutées.
Dr Iffono a partagé avec le chef de la mission diplomatique ses impressions de son récent voyage en Russie et s'est prononcé en faveur de l'augmentation du quota pour la formation des étudiants guinéens des spécialités créatives dans notre pays. S.E.M. Alexey V. Popov a soutenu cette idée et a également fait un don à l'institut des livres scientifiques et éducatives racontant la culture de la Russie.
🎵 Une visite guidée de l'université a été organisée pour l'ambassadeur au cours de laquelle il a été informé de l'histoire de cette institution. À la fin de la visite, un concert a été organisé avec la participation d'artistes guinéens, qui s'est poursuivi par la performance de musiciens russes dans le cadre du projet «Etoiles Montantes».

🇷🇺🤝🇸🇱 23 июня Посол России А.В.Попов в сопровождении Министра рыболовства и морских ресурсов Сьерра-Леоне П.Дагбы и членов двусторонней комиссии по рыбному хозяйству был принят Вице-президентом Сьерра-Леоне М.Дж.Джалло.
Вице-президент внимательно ознакомился с историей создания Российско-Сьерралеонской комиссии по рыбному хозяйству, программой её первого заседания и стоящими на повестке дня вопросами.
🐠 Он с воодушевлением отметил своевременность активизации работы столь важного экономического механизма двустороннего сотрудничества, подчеркнув, что рациональное использование морских биологических ресурсов — это залог благосостояния граждан, национальной экономики и государства в целом.
М.Дж.Джалло пожелал членам делегации успешного проведения первого заседания комиссии по рыбному хозяйству, а Послу России — последовательного развития сотрудничества наших стран и в других сферах, представляющих взаимный интерес.
🇷🇺🤝🇸🇱 On June 23, H.E. Mr. Alexey V. Popov, Ambassador of Russia, accompanied by H.E. Mrs. Princess Dugba, Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources of Sierra Leone, and members of the bilateral fisheries commission was received by H.E. Mr Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, Vice President of Sierra Leone.
The Vice President carefully reviewed the history of the establishment of the Russian-Sierra Leone Fisheries Commission, the program of its first session and the issues on the agenda.
🐠 He noted with enthusiasm the timely activation of such an important economic mechanism of bilateral cooperation, stressing that the rational use of marine biological resources is the key to the well-being of citizens, national economy and state as a whole.
H.E. Mr Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh wished the members of the delegation a successful holding of the first session of the fisheries commission as far as expressed a desire for the consistent development of cooperation between our countries in other areas of mutual interest to the Ambassador of Russia.

Делегация минсельхоза и минторга Гвинеи посетила испытательную лабораторию Санкт-Петербургского филиала ФГБУ «Федеральный центр оценки безопасности и качества продукции агропромышленного комплекса» («ЦОК АПК»), расположенную в порту Высоцкий.
Представители делегации ознакомились с процессом отгрузки зерна на экспорт, а также с механизмом контроля качества зерна, обеспечения его безопасности и фитосанитарного карантинного состояния.
🔶 Гвинейская делегация 25 июня посетит лабораторию филиала ФГБУ «ЦОК АПК» в Москве и Московской области, а 26 июня проведет переговоры с представителями Россельхознадзора.

🇷🇺🤝🇸🇱 Посол России А.В.Попов принял участие в работе Первой сессии Российско-Сьерралеонской комиссии по рыбному хозяйству, состоявшейся 23-24 июня во Фритауне.
В своем выступлении глава дипмиссии подчеркнул важность запуска работы Комиссии как значимого инструмента поступательного развития взаимовыгодных отношений между нашими странами и выразил надежду, что вслед за активизацией предметного диалога между заинтересованными профильными организациями России и Сьерра-Леоне в сфере рыболовства аналогичная тенденция будет набирать силу и в других сферах двустороннего сотрудничества.
Российскую и сьерралеонскую делегации во главе с заместителем Руководителя Федерального агентства по рыболовству (Росрыболовство) В.И.Соколова и Министром рыболовства и морской экономики П.Дагбы приняли Вице-президент Сьерра-Леоне М.Дж.Джалло и Спикер Парламента страны С.Томас.
Хозяевами был оказан весьма тёплый приём, гостеприимство и радушие прибывшей во Фритаун российской делегации.
По итогам переговоров подписан протокол, определяющий основные направления сотрудничества в сфере рыбного хозяйства на ближайшие годы.

In his speech, the head of the diplomatic mission stressed the importance of launching the work of the Commission as a significant tool for the progressive development of mutually beneficial relations between our countries and expressed the hope that following the intensification of substantive dialogue between the relevant organizations of Russia and Sierra Leone in the field of fisheries, a similar trend will strengthen in other areas of bilateral cooperation.
The Russian and Sierra Leonean delegations, led by M. Vasiliy Sokolov, Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for Fisheries (Rosrybolovstvo), and H.E. Mrs. Princess Dugba, Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources of Sierra Leone, were received by H.E. Mr Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, Vice President of Sierra Leone, and Hon. Segepoh Solomon Thomas, Speaker of Parliament.
The hosts provided a very warm welcome, hospitality and cordiality to the Russian delegation that arrived in Freetown.
Following the negotiations, a protocol was signed defining the main areas of cooperation in the field of fisheries for the coming years.

Sierra Leone Offers Russia Special Conditions for Catching Marine Resources in Its Waters
Sierra Leone is prepared to allocate a 40,000-ton annual fishing quota and welcomes up to 20 Russian vessels in its exclusive economic zone (EEZ), Deputy Head of the Russian Federal Agency for Fisheries Vasily Sokolov stated. The offer, however, depends on resources availability and conditions offered to the Russian fleet.
🤝 Sokolov made the remarks following the first session of the Russian-Sierra Leonean Commission on Fisheries held in Freetown, where both parties signed a protocol outlining cooperation priorities.
The session focused on scientific, technical, and educational cooperation, supported by a 2013 agreement.
🎣 Sokolov praised Sierra Leone's support for Russian scientific research during the Great African Expedition. Russia intends to analyze expedition data before deploying its fleet and negotiating operational terms.
Discussions also covered logistics and processing. While Sierra Leone hopes to attract a tuna fleet, initial interest focuses on bottom-dwelling and pelagic species, as well as shrimp. There are also plans to help Sierra Leone combat illegal fishing through technology sharing and improved catch control.
