خلال لقائنا وفد تجمع "نخبيون" برئاسة السيد محمد البخاتي، باركنا لهم انبثاق تجمعهم، وقلنا بأهمية النخب والكفاءات في المجتمع العراقي، وأهمية أن تأخذ دورها من حيث المبادرة والمساهمة في حل المشاكل التي تواجهها الحكومة على المستوى السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي ، دعونا النخب إلى تعريف الأجيال الحالية والقادمة بطبيعة المرحلة السابقة وما شابها من جرائم وانتهاك لحقوق الإنسان وقرارات عبثية، فيما أكدنا أهمية إشاعة روح التفاؤل والإيجابية والتعريف بما تحقق من انجازات.
سياسيا دعونا للتمسك بما تحقق من نجاحات سياسية وأمنية واجتماعية وضرورة حفظ كل هذه المنجزات والعمل على تعزيزها وتطويرها.
جددنا إدانتنا لانتهاكات الكيان الإسرائيلي لحقوق الإنسان وممارسة القتل والتجويع والتشريد ضد الشعبين الفلسطيني واللبناني، وأكدنا أهمية الأدوار السياسية والإعلامية والإغاثية التي يؤديها العراق في دعم فلسطين ولبنان.
During a meeting with the "Nakhabiyoon Gathering" delegation, led by Mr. Mohammed Al-Bukhati, we congratulated them on the establishment of their group and emphasized the vital role of intellectuals and skilled professionals in Iraqi society. We underscored their responsibility to take initiative and contribute to addressing the political, social, and economic challenges faced by the government. We urged the elite to educate current and future generations about the realities of the previous era, including its crimes, human rights abuses, and arbitrary policies. At the same time, we highlighted the need to promote optimism and positivity while showcasing the achievements accomplished so far.
Politically, we stressed the importance of preserving the political, security, and social gains achieved to date and working to enhance and expand them.
We reiterated our condemnation of israel’s human rights violations, including its actions of killing, starvation, and displacement against the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples. Additionally, we affirmed Iraq’s significant role in supporting Palestine and Lebanon through political, media, and humanitarian efforts.

في اليوم العالمي للقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة، نجدد التأكيد على أن التزامنا بالدفاع عن المرأة وحقوقها نابع من الالتزام بـالـثوابـت الإسـلامـیة الـتي تـؤكـد ضرورة الاھتمام بالأسرة وعمادھا المرأة وتعزيز أداورھا التربویة والقیمیة والإنسانية، وأن مـناھـضة الـعنف ضد الـمرأة هو في واقعه مـناھـضة للعنف ضـد الأسرة وضد المجتمع، فـالـمرأة ھـي الأم والأخـت والبنت والزوجة، وهي الشريك الحقیقي للرجـل فـي أدوار الحیاة ومـسؤولـیاتـه الـتربـویـة والأخلاقية والمجتمعية، من هنا نجدد الدعوة لرفع كل أشكال الظلم ومصادرة الحقوق والتعنيف ضد المرأة بكل أشكاله وألوانه.
كما نؤكد أن ما يتعرض له الشعبان الفلسطيني واللبناني لاسيما النساء منهم يمثل مصداقا واضحا للعنف الممارس ضد المرأة، حيث القتل والتشريد والتجويع وما تكابده من آلام وويلات.

On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, we reaffirm that our advocacy for women's rights is rooted in Islamic values, which emphasize the importance of the family, with women as its foundation. These values highlight the need to strengthen women's roles in education, ethics, and humanitarian endeavors. Standing against violence toward women is inherently a stand against violence toward families and society, as women are mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, and essential partners in life’s responsibilities, including education and social ethics.
We renew our call to eradicate all forms of injustice, abuse, and violence against women, in every form and context.
Furthermore, we stress that the plight of Palestinian and Lebanese women, who endure killings, displacement, starvation, and immense suffering, represents a profound example of violence against women.

في المئوية الأولى لتأسيس وزارة الخارجية العراقية، نحث هذا التشكيل الحكومي الهام وسلكه الدبلوماسي على إدامة زخم التفاعل مع قضايا الأمتين العربية والإسلامية، وعلى رأسها القضية الفلسطينية، إلى جانب التعاطي الإيجابي مع الدول الشقيقة والصديقة التي تربطنا معها علاقات وثيقة، كذلك تعزيز سياسة الانفتاح على دول العالم بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة، ويحفظ السيادة العراقية ويستثمر النظرة الإيجابية تجاه العراق في هذه المرحلة، كما ندعو سلكنا الدبلوماسي إلى تسويق نجاحات العراق.
إقتصاديا، نشدد على ضرورة أن تساهم دبلوماسيتنا الخارجية في رفد الأولوية الاقتصادية للعراق عبر التحرك الدبلوماسي، والضغط لخلق شراكات اقتصادية للعراق.
On the centennial of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we encourage this pivotal institution and its diplomatic corps to continue actively engaging with key matters facing the Arab and Islamic nations, particularly the Palestinian cause. Strengthening ties with brotherly and friendly nations, as well as promoting openness to the global community, is essential to advancing mutual interests, preserving Iraq’s sovereignty, and leveraging the favorable perception of the country in this period. Moreover, we also call on the diplomatic corps to highlight Iraq’s achievements effectively.
On the economic front, we emphasized the importance of diplomacy in supporting Iraq’s economic priorities by fostering international partnerships and advocating for initiatives that enhance the nation’s economic development.

إلتقينا وفدا من مجلس محافظة النجف الأشرف يتقدمهم نائب رئيس المجلس الدكتور غيث شبع، وأكدنا محورية النخب والكفاءات والعشائر والعوائل النجفية بتاريخ العراق وحضورها في محطاته الفاصلة، فيما بيّنا أن تصدي تيار الحكمة الوطني لإدارة هذه المحافظة يأتي لخدمة هذه المدينة المعطاءة وخدمة أهلها .
شددنا على تمكين الشباب وقلنا إن اختيار الشباب يأتي لأهمية هذه الشريحة في المجتمع العراقي ونسبتهم العالية فيه، كما دعونا لتكامل الأدوار بين مجلس المحافظة والمحافظ لما لذلك من دور في إعمار المحافظة وتنميتها .
جددنا الدعوة لوحدة قوى الإطار التنسيقي، وأهمية أن تجتمع القوى بكتلة واحدة، فيما أشرنا إلى أهمية إكمال المشاريع وتنفيذ ما هو استراتيجي خدمة للنجف وأبنائها.
We met with a delegation from Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf’s Provincial Council, led by Vice President Dr. Ghaith Shaba’. During the discussion, we highlighted the prominent role of Al-Najaf’s elites, professionals, tribes, and families in shaping Iraq’s history and their influence during pivotal moments. We also clarified that the leadership of Al-Hikma National Movement in managing this province is dedicated to serving the city and its people.
Given their vital role and significant representation in Iraqi society, we emphasized the need to empower youth. Additionally, we called for greater collaboration between the Provincial Council and the Governor to advance development and reconstruction efforts in the province.
We renewed our call for unity among the Coordination Framework powers, stressing the importance of forming a cohesive bloc. Moreover, we underscored the urgency of completing ongoing projects and implementing strategic initiatives to serve Najaf and its citizens.

تبادل الخبرات في مجال البحث العلمي كانت من أهم الملفات التي بحثناها مع وفد جامعة المصطفى العالمية يتقدمهم رئيس الجامعة سماحة الشيخ الدكتور علي عباسي، حيث شددنا على أهمية تبادل الخبرات في مجال البحث العلمي بين الجامعات العراقية والإيرانية فضلا عن تحديث المناهج العلمية بما يتناسب مع طبيعة المرحلة وتحدياتها.
أكدنا أيضا أهمية التبادل الثقافي بين البلدين واستثمار المشتركات، وبيّنا أهمية الزيارات المليونية في تقريب الشعوب مع بعضها، فيما دعونا لضرورة المواءمة بين مخرجات الجامعات وبين سوق العمل .
Exchanging expertise in scientific research was one of the main topics of discussion during our meeting with the delegation from Al-Mustafa International University, led by its president, His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Ali Abbasi, where we stressed the need to enhance collaboration in research between Iraqi and Iranian universities and to modernize academic curricula in order to address current challenges and demands.
Furthermore, we highlighted the importance of cultural exchange between the two nations and leveraging shared values. We also pointed out how mass pilgrimage visits contribute to fostering closer ties between peoples and emphasized the necessity of aligning university outputs with labor market needs.

إلتقينا صباح اليوم سعادة السفير الكويتي في بغداد الأستاذ طارق عبد الله الفرج بمناسبة قرب انتهاء مهامه رئيسا لبعثة بلاده، وتمنينا له التوفيق في مهامه القادمة، وبيّنا حرص العراق على إقامة أفضل العلاقات مع دول الجوار و دولة الكويت الشقيقة منطلقا من مصالحه الوطنية.
جددنا دعوتنا لإيقاف الحرب الظالمة في غزة ولبنان، وشددنا على استثمار كل الوسائل المتاحة لذلك، فيما أشرنا إلى أن العراق يمتلك الكثير من الفرص الواعدة في مجال الاستثمار، ودعونا دول المنطقة والعالم إلى استثمارها بما يحقق المنفعة للجميع.
This morning, we met with His Excellency the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Baghdad, Mr. Tariq Abdullah Al-Faraj, as he approaches the conclusion of his tenure as head of his country’s mission. We extended our best wishes for success in his future endeavors and reaffirmed Iraq’s commitment to fostering strong relations with neighboring countries, particularly the brotherly State of Kuwait, in line with our national interests.
We also renewed our call for an end to the unjust war in Gaza and Lebanon, emphasizing the need to leverage all available means to achieve this goal. Furthermore, we highlighted Iraq’s abundant promising investment opportunities and invited regional and global partners to take advantage of these prospects for the benefit of all parties.
