Фидан Радикович Шафиков – уроженец города Ишимбай. Учился в школе №3. Окончил Ишимбайский профессиональный колледж. В 2014 году был призван в армию, награждён нагрудным знаком «Гвардия». Работал в управлении образования Ишимбайского района Республики Башкортостан.
В сентябре 2022 года, в рамках частичной мобилизации, ушел на фронт. Героически погиб при выполнении боевой задачи. Награжден Орденом «генерала М. М. Шаймуратова» (посмертно).
