It’s easy to create a Telegram channel via desktop app or mobile app (for Android and iOS): To upload a logo, click the Menu icon and select “Manage Channel.” In a new window, hit the Camera icon. You can invite up to 200 people from your contacts to join your channel as the next step. Select the users you want to add and click “Invite.” You can skip this step altogether. In the next window, choose the type of your channel. If you want your channel to be public, you need to develop a link for it. In the screenshot below, it’s ”/catmarketing.” If your selected link is unavailable, you’ll need to suggest another option. In 2018, Telegram’s audience reached 200 million people, with 500,000 new users joining the messenger every day. It was launched for iOS on 14 August 2013 and Android on 20 October 2013.
