1. 6 bell peppers,different color
2. Half a kilo of beef
3. Half cup of diced onions
4. 4 cloves of minced garlic
5. 1 cup of cooked white rice
6. 1 tsp of salt
7. 5 tomatoes finely diced
8. 1 cup of tomato paste
9. 1 cup of shredded zucchini
10. 2 tsp of italian seasoning
11. 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1.preheat the oven to 350Β°F
2. Bring a pot to a boil. Cut the top of the bell pepper remove the seeds,& membranes. Then dip the peppers into the water and cook for 2 minutes and take them out, drain them and dry them off
3. Brown the ground beef and onions in a skillet add garlic stir until fragrant, toss in the cooked rice, a little tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, shredded zucchini, italian seasoning and salt. Stir to combine and cook until heated through(don't worry about cooking it well because you are going to be baking it)
4. Spoon the beef mixture into the bell peppers and place in a baking dish, top all the peppers with a little tomato paste and cover the dish with a foil.
5. Bake for 10 minutes, remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes, top with shredded cheese and bake for 3 more minutes or until the cheese melts.

5. Put it in the fridge for 2 hrs and let it set; check it every 30 minutes.
6. After taking it out of the fridge take it out of the baking dish and cover it with the chocolate mix that is left over.

2. Then add in your salt
3. Heat up your pan and pour on your oil about 2 tablespoons(or just eyeball it)
4. Pour in 1/6th of your egg and swirl the pan till its covered with the egg and let it set, once its set fold it and pour in 1/6th of your egg and let it set and once its set fold it in and repeat the process until you finished your egg mixture.
5. Once its done you cut it up and serve it for breakfast.
