1.First cut the dough into small pieces and flatten the dough and make sure it is a circle and put it on parchement paper.
2.Then you put the topping of your desire, could be salami, pepperoni, pizza sauce, cheese, olives. You put a layer of pizza sauce, then on top of that you put the toppings of your desire
3. You hold one side of the dough and press it against the other side,and close it shut. Brush the dough lightly with some egg.
4.Pre-heat the oven, after making sure its heated.
5. Pick up the parchement paper holding the calzone and put it on the baking sheet and bake it until the dough gets a golden color

1. 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2. 2 medium red onion
3. 1 yellow bell pepper
4. 1 carrot chopped
5. 2 cloves of garlic minced
6. Salt and pepper
7. Pinch of turmeric, cumin, ground coriander, paprika,
8. Half a cup of chickpeas
9. 1 diced tomato
10.1 and a half of cup vegetable broth

Add the onions, bell pepper, carrot and fry to your desired tenderness, 10-15 minutes.
Then,add garlic and cook for a minute, add the spices and cook them until fragrant.
Add salt.
Add the chick peas followed by the broth and cook briefly.add the tomatoes at the end after removing the skillet from the stove, so as to not let the tomatoes sog.
At last, add the couscous and stir it with the vegetable, remove from heat and set it aside until liquid is absorbed fluff and serve.🍽

1.Heat the oil on medium high heat then add in the chopped onion, carrots, garlic and cook for 3-4 min or until its tender, and then add the cumin, turmeric, coriander, salt and pepper, and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until its fragrant
2. Add the broth and lentils stir well and let it boil.
3. Simmer uncovered on low heat for about 20-25 minutes.(until the lentils are tender)
4. After this you can ladle half the soup into a blender and blend it(this step is optional, i like my lentil soup not blended and all flakey) and pour it back into the pot.
5. Add in the lemon juice and parsley, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Pour in a bowl and dig in, serve with some bread if you like.

2 tbsp olive oil

8 skinless boneless chicken thighs, halved if large

1 onion, chopped

2 tsp grated fresh root ginger

pinch  tumeric

1 tbsp honey

400g carrot, cut into sticks

small bunch parsley, roughly chopped
A pinch of cumin powder, coriander powder,a pinch of salt and black pepper
lemon wedges, to serve

STEP 1
Heat the oil in a large, wide pan with a lid, add the chicken, then fry quickly until lightly coloured. Add the onion and ginger, then fry for a further 2 mins.

STEP 2
Add 150ml water, the turmeric, honey and carrots, season, then stir well. Bring to the boil, cover tightly, then simmer for 30 mins until the chicken is tender. Uncover and increase the heat for about 5 mins to reduce the sauce a little. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over.
