Decision No. 03/2015 / QĐST-KDTM dated 25/09/2015 of the people's Court of Hanoi on the consideration of the requirement for recognition and enforcement of Arbitral Award in Vietnam Decision No. 156/2011 dated 17/05/2012 of the International Court of Economic Arbitration under the Institute of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
The case involves a dispute over a contract of sale between T Joint Stock Company of the Russian Federation and DP joint stock company.
The court of Vietnam recognizes and enforces of Russian Arbitral Award: Clause 3 Article 30, point B Clause 1 Article 34, Article 133, Article 368, Article 369 of the Civil Procedure Code of 2004 amended and supplemented in 2011.
The court announced: “ 1. Accepting the application for recognition and enforcement in Vietnam the decision of foreign arbitration. 2. Recognition and enforcement in Vietnam the decision of the International Court of economic arbitration under the Institute of Industry and trade of the Russian Federation on 17/5/2012 arbitrating the dispute No. 156/2011
