Силы вроде есть, даже глаза не красные. Одел линзы, выпил витаминчиков и решил ехать в зал, просыпаться на дорожке. Так и получилось. Прошагал час на скорости 4км/ч, раскидывая рабочие дела и отвечая на сообщения требующие внимания.
Спорт и режим такая штука, какая даже если не бодрый, поможет быть бодрым. Сейчас обед, но день еще обещает быть длинным. Я готов ✌️
