An old beach in Jizzakh turns into a dump
The old beach in the city of Jizzakh, once a popular recreational area for residents, now risks becoming an illegal landfill. According to local residents, the land was initially dug up and is now being filled with construction and household waste brought in from various places, then covered with sand.
This process not only destroys the original appearance of the beach but also causes significant environmental damage. The beach area risks becoming a dumping ground and an unsanitary site.
Local residents observing the situation are strongly protesting against the dumping of waste in the area. In their point of view, this will result in the complete loss of the site’s cultural and ecological significance. The creation of an illegal landfill here negatively impacts health and quality of life.
Viewers of our channel, who reported this issue, are urging authorities to take immediate action.
Protecting the environment is our shared responsibility. Let us address this issue by raising awareness among the public and official organizations!

The issue of an illegal landfill in Mirabad remains unresolved
An illegal landfill causing environmental problems in the Mirabad district of Tashkent continues to harm the quality of life for residents and the surrounding environment. Although the site, located near house 119/17 on the 2nd Narrow Street of Fergana Highway, was initially intended for leaf storage, it has gradually turned into a dumping ground for household and construction waste.
Residents of the area have repeatedly appealed to the Mirabad district administration, but no action has been taken so far. The accumulation of waste not only mars the street’s appearance but also deteriorates sanitary conditions, posing health risks and contributing to environmental pollution.
The officials’ lack of response has sparked growing dissatisfaction among the local population.
