The rate shown here 👆 is in Toman which is equal to ten Rials. That is, 76 thousand Tomans are 760 thousand Rials.
The official exchange rate you see on Google is the rate of the Central Bank of Iran - and it is 42,000 rials to one US dollar.
This rate is irrelevant and has a very limited allocation. If you go to the money changers in Tehran and ask to buy dollars, it will be at a rate of 760,000 rials to one dollar - that is, a difference of 18 times the representative rate set by the Iranian regime.
