Hate, anger, disgust, rage.
Those are emotions almost always seen in the "negative" part of the spectrum, and for good reasons indeed.
The industrial society, in order to control the system created by the great despoilers and exploiters, must demonize these emotions as a treat, a ill that must be cured.
Negative emotions are not an illness, not a plague : they are a symptom.
Its your mental self defence, screaming at you about the fact that many things around you are wrong, and this wrongness can breach inside your own soul.
Take little steps and don't rush to the bigger step. Try to find what you can share even with friends that seems different from the radical mental state you want to follow, find a common ground and train (and learn) together.
To earn respect, we know we must show respect, but often many respectable things are hidden.
Take little steps, be strategically intelligent, and be aware of your symptoms, in order to build brick by brick, the world you want to defend by tooth and claw.
