The breakup was confirmed by the artists’ agencies Label SJ and JYP Entertainment on Thursday, July 8.
“We’ve checked with the artist, and it is true that they broke up,” the two agencies told Sports Donga, according to Soompi. Heechul's agency also asked media and the public to "understand that we cannot answer the details of it as it is the artist’s private life.”
