Something is terribly wrong, the bot is crashing on startup. We are restarting the server now.

Well, good and bad news.

Good news: It's not us! lol.
Bad news: appears there are some DNS issues going on where the server is located.

DNS request timed out.
    timeout was 2 seconds.

Unfortunately, this is not an issue we can resolve. We will just have to wait. :(

To further expand on this, it appears the entire datacenter the bot is hosted in is having an issue. I have a few other servers there, and none of them can reach Telegram. Apparently there is an issue with CloudFlare.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time it is out of our hands. The Internet Gods are not smiling today.

[Integrating Spamwatch in Executrix]
Just like the CAS bans before, Executrix now integrates with Spamwatch to keep your groups free of spammers.

@Spamwatch maintains a gigantic database of spammers. If you wish to keep annoying people out of your group, you can now turn on "EnableSpamwatch" under /menu ➡️ "General" and Executrix will automatically ban people that join your group if they are banned in @Spamwatch.

Addendum:
Spamwatch also bans users who always join and instantly leave groups. They call this "Kriminalamt" (German word for criminal office :P) internally.

If you have DeleteSpamWelcomes enabled and have EnableSpamwatch toggled on, Executrix will ban users and delete their join message if they are banned for "Kriminalamt" in @Spamwatch, instead of sending a notification to the group. If you have a log channel, the ban will of course be logged there. This way, your group is kept nice and clean :)

Since the bots are repeatedly facing issues today -

(I beg you, bots, please don't repeat the daily issue stuff you had a while ago)

- we are scheduling a server reboot. You can't start any games for now. We will restart the server and the bots and hopefully they will stay alive again afterwards.

Until then, keep some distance from the bots - who knows what they have... 🦠 Wolves are not good at wearing masks... 🐺 (But you should do it!)

[🎅 Christmas in Danger ⚠️]
Santa Claus, Rudolph, and the other people from North Pole are looking forward to the Christmas celebrations.

"What a year", Santa sighs. "After all the stress and trouble, I hope I can bring at least some joy to everyone by celebrating and bringing them my presents."

But the presents are yet to be made. And - who would have thought - there appears to be some issue with that. Help Santa find the problem and prepare all presents before Christmas!

[Bug with Message Receiving]
There is currently a bug with receiving messages from Telegram side. That's the reason why the bots are not working in most groups at the moment.

Temporary workaround: Make the bot admin in the group (any admin permission will do) and it magically continues working. We will notify you again as soon as Telegram fixed the bug and you can demote the bot again.

Please remove the werewolf bot's admin permissions again so the bot can't see all the non-command messages in the group!

[Alphabet Virus]

It seems that our server got a computer virus that replaced all letters by antique ones: We saw Greek, Cyrillic, Japanese and even Rune letters so far. We are working hard on getting back control over our server so we can change the alphabets back. Sorry for the inconvenience - take it as a challenge to read your language written in other alphabets 😅

We will of course announce if we succeed on turning the server alphabets back to normal. Stay safe! 🐺
