大罷免「18+1」選區第一階達標提交中選會
中國國民黨及民眾黨掌握國會多數一年來，不只強硬通過後來被大法官宣告違憲的「國會擴權法案」，去年底更變本加厲硬闖《選罷法》、《憲法訴訟法》、《財政收支劃分法》等法律修惡，並報復式大幅亂砍中央政府預算，引發「全台大罷免」行動。
從去年立法院混亂的會期開始到過年連假期間，各地公民透過街頭宣講擺攤、集資 LED 大卡宣傳號召罷免，使各地連署份數有爆發性成長。2月3日年假後第一個上班日，已經有 18 個各地立委罷免團體宣布第一階段提案達標，並共同赴中央選舉委員會提交第一階段的連署書。
