В BPG (Bridge Procedures Guide) пушут, что Off-course alarm (OCA) - As part of the steering control system, there is an off-course alarm to warn the OOW when the ship deviates from its heading. Однако, когда мы работаем с конкретным прибором нужно внимательно читать определения в самой инструкции к девайсу.
Off-course alarm function - The function is to alarm it when the difference of the "set course" of the automatic steering system from true bearing of the sensor which is not used for steering. [ref: Heading Monitor HDM / Autopilot Tokyo Keiki].
В видео я говорил про Plotted course в центре консоли авторулевого, но это не так. Plotted course идет не от компаса, это Set course, который мы задаем.
