🌀اداره مهاجرت کانادا 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 اعلام کرد که از ۱ سپتامبر ۲۰۲۵ (۱۱ شهریور ۱۴۰۴)، میزان حداقل تمکن مالی موردنیاز برای متقاضیان ویزای تحصیلی افزایش خواهد یافت.

طبق مقررات جدید، متقاضیان مجرد باید مبلغ ۲۲٬۸۹۵ دلار کانادا را به‌عنوان هزینه زندگی سالانه (جدا از شهریه سال اول و هزینه سفر) ارائه دهند؛ رقمی که نسبت به مبلغ فعلی یعنی ۲۰٬۶۳۵ دلار، بیش از ۲ هزار دلار افزایش داشته است. این مبلغ با توجه به تعداد اعضای خانواده، افزایش می‌یابد. (برای هر نفر اضافی، ۶٬۱۷۰ دلار به این مبلغ افزوده می‌شود.)

این تغییرات، بخشی از به‌روزرسانی سالانه تمکن مالی بر اساس نرخ هزینه‌های زندگی در کاناداست و برای تمام استان‌ها و قلمروهای کانادا به جز کبک اعمال خواهد شد.

این مبلغ جدید فقط برای پرونده‌هایی اعمال می‌شود که از تاریخ ۱ سپتامبر ۲۰۲۵ به بعد ثبت می‌شوند. درخواست‌هایی که پیش از این تاریخ ارسال شوند، همچنان مشمول مقررات فعلی خواهند بود.

🌀 نروژ شهریه دانشجویان بین‌المللی را حذف کرد! 🇧🇻🇧🇻🇧🇻🇧🇻

🔹 دولت نروژ اعلام کرد که از این پس دانشگاه‌ها الزامی به دریافت شهریه از دانشجویان غیراروپایی ندارند.

🔹این تصمیم برای جبران کاهش ۸۰٪ی ثبت‌نام دانشجویان بین‌المللی پس از اعمال شهریه در سال ۲۰۲۳ اتخاذ شده است.

🔹 دانشگاه‌ها اکنون می‌توانند شهریه را کاهش دهند یا کاملاً حذف کنند.

🔹 در حال حاضر شرایط ویزای دکتری نیز آسان‌تر شده و نیازی به مدرک زبان نروژی برای محققان نیست

🔹  اگر بخواید از زبان‌آموزی و یا سربازی به عنوان یک عامل در گپ تحصیلی استفاده کنید، باید توجه داشته باشید که این موضوع برای توجیه ۱ تا ۲ سال گپ قابل قبوله.

🔹 شرکت در کارگاه، کنفرانس و کورس آنلاین نشان‌دهنده تمایل شما به تحصیل و آموزشه و می‌تونه تا حدی گپ تحصیلی رو توجیه کنه.

🔹 بهتره که در CV خودتون به کارهایی که در مورد گپ خودتون انجام دادید اشاره کنید.

🔹 تغییر رشته تفاوتی در روند ایجاد نمی‌کنه و عامل مهم، آپدیت بودن و ذهن تازه داشتن و ‌بهره‌مندی از مهارت بالا در رشته جدید هست.

🌀 10 اشتباه که می‌تواند تلاش های شما برای آزمون USMLE (Step 1, 2 یا 3) را نابود بکند:


✅اگه دارید برای هر یک از استپ ها آماده می‌شید، این ۱۰ اشتباه جزو رایج‌ترین دلایلی هستن که باعث می‌شن خیلی‌ها نتیجه‌ی ضعیف بگیرن یا حتی مردود بشن. احتمالا بعد از خوندنش با یکی یا چندتاشون هم حسی می کنید و تجربه شون کردین!

🔸 بر اساس تجربه‌ی هزاران نفر توی فروم‌های آنلاین و Reddit، این‌ ۱۰ مورد به ترتیب رتبه دهم تا یکم از بیشترین دام‌هایی هستن که افراد در نظرسنجی ها به اونها رای دادن:

🔟 حفظ کردن Anki بدون درک
🔸 فقط حفظ نکن. همیشه از خودت بپرس: «اگه این تو کیس بیاد، چطور ازش استفاده می‌کنم؟»

9️⃣ صبر زیاد برای شروع آزمون‌های آزمایشی (NBME یا UWSA)
🔸نباید منتظر باشی که "آماده" بشی. هی آزمون رو عقب ننداز. کنکور ایران رو نمیتونستی عقب بندازی! آزمون دادن خودش آماده‌ت می‌کنه.

8️⃣ صرفا دیدن ویدیوهای آموزشی (Pathoma, BnB, OME و...)
🔸 ابزارهای خوبین، ولی جای یادگیری فعال یا حل سوال رو نمی‌گیرن.

7️⃣ نادیده گرفتن Biostats، Ethics و کیس‌های Step 3
🔸 آسونن ولی خیلی پرتکرار. زود شروع کن به یاد گرفتنشون.

6️⃣ مرور سطحی سوالات UWorld
🔸 باید بفهمی چرا جواب درست درسته و چه نکته‌ی اساسی رو جا انداختی.

5️⃣ هایلایت بیش از حد کتاب‌ها (First Aid, مهلمن و...)
🔸 هایلایت کردن به‌معنای یادگیری نیست. با زبان خودت خلاصه کن یا تبدیلشون کن به فلش‌کارت.

4️⃣ فرار از سوالات زمان‌دار
🔸 آزمون واقعی تایم‌داره. از اول سوالای ۴۰تایی رو با زمان حل کن.

3️⃣ عقب‌نشینی از دروس ضعیف
🔸 از Neuro یا Biochem بدت میاد؟ دقیقاً همونا رو باید اول بزنی!

2️⃣ نداشتن برنامه‌ی هفتگی
🔸 مطالعه‌ی پراکنده فرسوده‌ت می‌کنه. ساختار کلید موفقیته. بلاک‌بندی کن، مرور و آزمون رو زمان‌بندی کن.

1️⃣ مقایسه‌ی دائمی خودت با بقیه
🔸 چرخیدن بی‌هدف توی گروه های تلگرام یا داشتن استادی پارتنری که بجای اینکه رفیق خوندنت باشه شده رقیب مقایسه هات است و تمرکزتو نابود می‌کنه. تنها رقابت واقعی با خودته.

✅ این موارد رو کسانی که در این مسیر باعث شکست یا نتیجه نامطلوب براشون شده درک کردن و اگه اول راهی بدون داری ۱۰ مورد از طلایی ترین تجربه ها رو میخونی!

🌀 باورهای غلط در مورد اپلای 🚫

🔹 «اپلای فقط برای نخبگان و رتبه‌برترهاست»
واقعیت اینه که خیلی از کسانی که موفق به دریافت پذیرش فول‌فاند شدن، جزو رتبه‌های برتر کنکور یا المپیادی نبودن!
🔹 چیزی که مهمه، اینه که بتونی نقاط قوتت رو درست نشون بدی: رزومه خوب، مسیر حرفه‌ای مشخص، هدف تحصیلی واضح، و مکاتبه درست می‌تونه مسیر رو برای خیلی‌ها هموار کنه — حتی با رزومه متوسط.

🔹 «اگه یک‌بار ریجکت شدم، دیگه شانسی ندارم»
اصلاً اینطور نیست! ریجکت بخشی از مسیر اپلای برای همه‌ست — حتی برای دانشجوهایی با رزومه قوی.
🔹 خیلی از افرادی که در نهایت چندین پذیرش گرفتن، بار اول یا دوم ریجکت شدن. چیزی که مهمه، اینه که دلایل ریجکت رو تحلیل کنی، اشتباهاتت رو اصلاح کنی و با استراتژی قوی‌تر دوباره امتحان بدی.

🔹 «فقط باید آمریکا یا کانادا اپلای کنم»
کشورهای زیادی هستن که دانشگاه‌های سطح بالا و بورسیه‌های خوبی ارائه می‌دن: 🇩🇪 آلمان، 🇳🇱 هلند، 🇫🇮 فنلاند، 🇧🇪 بلژیک، 🇸🇪 سوئد، 🇨🇭سوئیس، 🇦🇺 استرالیا و... خیلی از این کشورها شهریه کم‌تری دارن یا حتی تحصیل رایگانه. پس نباید فقط محدود به یک کشور موند.

🔹 «اگه هنوز مدرک زبان ندارم، بهتره صبر کنم تا بگیرم و بعد شروع کنم»
یکی از اشتباهات رایج همینه!  خیلی‌ها زمان زیادی رو صرف آمادگی برای آزمون زبان می‌کنن و فراموش می‌کنن که فرآیند اپلای زمان‌بره و باید زودتر شروع بشه.
🔹 تو می‌تونی هم‌زمان با آمادگی برای زبان، رزومه و انگیزه‌نامه‌ات رو بسازی، استادها رو پیدا کنی و مدارکت رو جمع‌آوری کنی.

🔹 «مکاتبه با استاد یعنی کپی‌پیست یه ایمیل عمومی برای همه!»
این تصور اشتباه می‌تونه فرصت‌های خوبی رو از بین ببره. اساتید هر روز ده‌ها ایمیل دریافت می‌کنن. اگه ایمیل تو عمومی یا بدون شخصی‌سازی باشه، معمولاً خونده نمی‌شه. پس حتماً به موضوعات پژوهشی استاد، مقالات اخیرش و نیازهای گروهش اشاره کن تا ایمیلت دیده بشه.
