✅️ چگونه توصیه نامه به دانشگاه مقصد ارسال شود؟

🔺توصیه نامه معمولا توسط توصیه شونده به دانشگاه مقصد ارسال می شود. مگر آنکه دانشگاه در این زمینه الزامی ارائه نکرده باشد و هر کس بتواند به دانشگاه مقصد، توصیه نامه را ارسال نماید. توصیه نامه ها بایستی ضمیمه مدارک تحصیلی داوطلبان شود و به واحد پذیرش دانشگاه ADMISSION DEPARTMENT یا GRADUATE DEPARTMENT  یا Undergraduate Department ارسال می شود و مسئولان هماهنگی این واحد ها، نسبت به بررسی توصیه نامه ها و ارسال آن به دانشکده مقصدی که اپلای کردید، اقدام می کنند.

🔴البته، شیوه ارسال توصیه نامه ها در دانشگاه های مختلف متفاوت است:

🔺️ خود ارسالی

🔸️در این شیوه، دانشگاه از شما میخواهد، توصیه نامه ها را ضمیمه application کرده و به دانشگاه ارسال کنید. در این حالت، الزامی برای ارسال توصیه نامه توسط توصیه کننده وجود ندارد.

🔺️ ارسال مستقیم

🔸در این حالت، دانشگاه از شما میخواهد تا از توصیه کننده بخواهید که توصیه نامه خود را مهر و موم کرده و به نشانی دانشگاه مقصد با پست ارسال کند. ارسال با پست، بهتر است که به صورت سفارشی باشد تا صحت دریافت نامه توسط دریافت کننده به صورت اینترنتی چک شود. مثل ردگیری دیجیتالی دیگر مرسولات پستی.

🔺️ ارسال الکترونیکی

🔸️بعضی از دانشگاه ها به خصوص دانشگاه های آمریکای شمالی، از دانشجویان می خواهند تا از توصیه کننده درخواست شود تا متن کامل توصیه نامه را از طریق فرم الکترونیکی خاصی که در اختیارش گذاشته می شود نوشته و سابمیت کند. در این حالت، معمولا توصیه شونده، از محتوای متن توصیه نامه مطلع نمی شود.

🔺️ارسال با پست الکترونیک

🔸️در این  حالت، دانشگاه از شما می خواهد که از توصیه کننده بخواهید تا از طریق نشانی پست الکترونیک خودش، متن توصیه نامه را به نشانی پست الکترونیک دانشگاه مقصد ارسال کند. معمولا دانشگاه از شما میخواهد تا به نشانی ایمیل واحد پذیرش (admission department) ارسال کنید.

🔶 شرکت در کارگاه، کنفرانس و کورس آنلاین نشان‌دهنده تمایل شما به تحصیل و آموزشه و می‌تونه تا حدی گپ تحصیلی رو توجیه کنه.

🔶 ارائه مقاله‌های ژورنالی و حتی کنفرانسی یک راه‌حل ساده و عالی برای توجیه گپ تحصیلی هست.

🔶  اگر بخواید از زبان‌آموزی و یا سربازی به عنوان یک عامل در گپ تحصیلی استفاده کنید، باید توجه داشته باشید که این موضوع برای توجیه ۱ تا ۲ سال گپ قابل قبوله.

🔶 بهتره که در CV خودتون به کارهایی که در مورد گپ خودتون انجام دادید اشاره کنید.

🔶 تغییر رشته تفاوتی در روند ایجاد نمی‌کنه و عامل مهم، آپدیت بودن و ذهن تازه داشتن و ‌بهره‌مندی از مهارت بالا در رشته جدید هست.

🌀اداره مهاجرت کانادا 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 اعلام کرد که از ۱ سپتامبر ۲۰۲۵ (۱۱ شهریور ۱۴۰۴)، میزان حداقل تمکن مالی موردنیاز برای متقاضیان ویزای تحصیلی افزایش خواهد یافت.

طبق مقررات جدید، متقاضیان مجرد باید مبلغ ۲۲٬۸۹۵ دلار کانادا را به‌عنوان هزینه زندگی سالانه (جدا از شهریه سال اول و هزینه سفر) ارائه دهند؛ رقمی که نسبت به مبلغ فعلی یعنی ۲۰٬۶۳۵ دلار، بیش از ۲ هزار دلار افزایش داشته است. این مبلغ با توجه به تعداد اعضای خانواده، افزایش می‌یابد. (برای هر نفر اضافی، ۶٬۱۷۰ دلار به این مبلغ افزوده می‌شود.)

این تغییرات، بخشی از به‌روزرسانی سالانه تمکن مالی بر اساس نرخ هزینه‌های زندگی در کاناداست و برای تمام استان‌ها و قلمروهای کانادا به جز کبک اعمال خواهد شد.

این مبلغ جدید فقط برای پرونده‌هایی اعمال می‌شود که از تاریخ ۱ سپتامبر ۲۰۲۵ به بعد ثبت می‌شوند. درخواست‌هایی که پیش از این تاریخ ارسال شوند، همچنان مشمول مقررات فعلی خواهند بود.

🌀 نروژ شهریه دانشجویان بین‌المللی را حذف کرد! 🇧🇻🇧🇻🇧🇻🇧🇻

🔹 دولت نروژ اعلام کرد که از این پس دانشگاه‌ها الزامی به دریافت شهریه از دانشجویان غیراروپایی ندارند.

🔹این تصمیم برای جبران کاهش ۸۰٪ی ثبت‌نام دانشجویان بین‌المللی پس از اعمال شهریه در سال ۲۰۲۳ اتخاذ شده است.

🔹 دانشگاه‌ها اکنون می‌توانند شهریه را کاهش دهند یا کاملاً حذف کنند.

🔹 در حال حاضر شرایط ویزای دکتری نیز آسان‌تر شده و نیازی به مدرک زبان نروژی برای محققان نیست

The research group led by Sara Pudas is looking for a motivated postdoctoral fellow for a two-year fellowship in blood-based biomarkers for neurocognitive aging. The research group is specialized in cognitive aging and aging biomarkers. The group is based at the Department of Psychology but also has close collaborations with the Department of Medical and Translational Biology and the Department of Statistics at Umeå University, as well as Umeå Center for Functional Brain Imaging (UFBI). The research environment conducts strong interdisciplinary research in areas such as genetics, neuroscience, and brain imaging. The postdoctoral fellow will become a part of the department’s profile area: Brain, gene, and environment interactions.
