Восстановление после пережитой торговли людьми — долгий и сложный процесс, который может занимать годы. Травматический опыт влияет на все сферы жизни человека: повседневные дела, отношения с окружающими, способность планировать будущее.

Именно в диалоге с профессиональным психологом пострадавшие часто впервые чувствуют себя в безопасности и могут начать говорить о пережитом. Это становится первым шагом к возвращению контроля над собственной жизнью.

Каждый месяц психологи Фонда проводят около 20 консультаций для пострадавших. Это квалифицированные специалисты с высшим психологическим образованием, дополнительной подготовкой и практическим опытом работы с травмами, связанными с пережитым насилием или эксплуатацией. В своей работе они используют травма-информированный подход, предполагающий бережную поддержку и преодоление самых разных посттравматических последствий.

Наша цель — до конца апреля собрать средства для оплаты 30 психологических консультаций. Любая сумма пожертвования имеет значение и приближает нас к этой цели. Каждая консультация помогает пострадавшим чувствовать себя лучше и восстанавливаться.
