Happy earth day
Earth Day is an annual event on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection. First held on April 22, 1970, it now includes a wide range of events coordinated globally by EarthDay.org including 1 billion people in more than 193 countries. The official theme for 2022 is Invest In Our Planet.

Artificial gravity is the creation of an inertial force that mimics the effects of a gravitational force, usually by rotation. Artificial gravity, or rotational gravity, is thus the appearance of a centrifugal force in a rotating frame of reference (the transmission of centripetal acceleration via normal force in the non-rotating frame of reference), as opposed to the force experienced in linear acceleration, which by the equivalence principle is indistinguishable from gravity. In a more general sense, "artificial gravity" may also refer to the effect of linear acceleration, e.g. by means of a rocket.

If protons were only 0.2 % more massive, they would be unstable and decay into neutrons. That would put an end to life in the universe because there would be no atoms.

Astronauts have white spacesuits because white is the best-reflected light. This allows them not to get too warm in space.

If you look closely at everything around you, you will see the clarity and thoughtfulness of shapes and lines in everything. The very structure of the world proves that it did not come out of nowhere. Or out of chaos, or out of an explosion... There is a Higher Intelligence behind it all!
The space around us is not something irrational, it communicates with us through sound, light, forms and signs. All this belongs to Sacred Geometry, the science of the principles of creation of the universe, expressed in geometric forms.
In sacred geometry every line and figure has its own spiritual meaning, which, when understood, makes it possible not only to know oneself, but also to comprehend the mystery of the universe. It expresses sacred knowledge, and principles in geometric form. Learning to use them, a person can create his own world, change not only the inner but also the outer space.

Astronomers reveal first ever image of a Black Hole named 'Saggitarius A star' located at the centre of the milky way galaxy. Astronomers captured this image with the help of Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) through which the first image of Black Hole was captured in April 2019.

Do you think your education is worth anything?
At the last international economic forum, studies were cited saying that today the skill is "profitable" for 6 years, not 30 (!) as it used to be.
To put it simply, while you've been in university, the knowledge you've gained already needs to be updated. And if you consider the timing of the curricula, they were outdated before you even got there...

A radio galaxy is a galaxy with giant regions of radio emission extending well beyond its visible structure. These energetic radio lobes are powered by jets from its active galactic nucleus. They have luminousities at radio wavelengths up to 10³⁹ W between 10 MHz and 100 GHz. The radio emission is due to the synchrotron process. The observed structure in radio emission is determined by the interaction between twin jets and the external medium, modified by the effects of relativistic beaming. The host galaxies are almost exclusively large elliptical galaxies. Radio-loud active galaxies can be detected at large distances, making them valuable tools for observational cosmology. Recently, much work has been done on the effects of these objects on the intergalactic medium, particularly in galaxy groups and clusters

❗️The risk of the use of nuclear weapons has reached its peak since the Cold War, according to experts of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI).
In 2021, there was a slight reduction of nuclear arsenals. However, the institute expects that in the next decade they will be replenished.
Believe?

The man who survived the explosion of two atomic bombs
On August 6 and 9, 1945, the United States detonated two nuclear bombs over the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki respectively. About 90,000 people died as a result of the explosions and the radiation they subsequently caused, according to official figures. In 2009, the Japanese government reported that there was one person who had been in both cities on the days of the explosions and had survived the two atomic attacks.
On August 6, 1945, Tsutomu Yamaguchi was in Hiroshima on a business trip. Here is what he told the British press:
"As I was walking, I heard the sound of an airplane. I looked at the sky and saw a B-29 plane dropping something on its parachutes. I looked up into the sky at them, and suddenly...it was like a flash of ignited magnesium, a strong flash in the sky, and I fell." Fortunately, Yamaguchi managed to survive.

Loop quantum gravity (LQG) is a theory of quantum gravity, which aims to merge quantum mechanics and general relativity, incorporating matter of the Standard Model into the framework established for the pure quantum gravity case. It is an attempt to develop a quantum theory of gravity based directly on Einstein's geometric formulation rather than the treatment of gravity as a force. As a theory LQG postulates that the structure of space and time is composed of finite loops woven into an extremely fine fabric or network. These networks of loops are called spin networks. The evolution of a spin network, or spin foam, has a scale above the order of a Planck length, approximately 10⁻³⁵ meters, and smaller scales are meaningless. Consequently, not just matter, but space itself, prefers an atomic structure. @neutron_space
