据泰媒报道，泰国网络警察近日展开代号"斩断黑钱链"的大规模突袭行动，对曼谷、北榄府和春武里府的19个目标地点进行搜查，追捕柬埔寨籍富商符国安（Kok An）。郭安是波贝市皇冠赌场度假村（Crown Casino Resort）的老板，因涉嫌领导跨国犯罪集团被泰国刑事法院通缉（案件编号3924/2568）。

在北榄府豪华别墅区的搜查中，警方发现关键证据，证实该集团以波贝市多栋高层建筑（包括25层、18层大厦、HISO大楼及皇冠赌场）为据点，实施"混合诈骗"、呼叫中心诈骗等网络犯罪，并通过傀儡账户和加密货币洗钱。

调查显示，该团伙诱骗大量泰国公民赴柬工作，强迫其进行人脸识别认证，并涉及非法拘禁等严重跨国犯罪行为。

此次行动查获多辆豪车及2700万泰铢（约合人民币540万元）现金。泰国网络警察表示将尽快召开新闻发布会公布详情，并全力追捕主犯郭安归案。

A Chinese national who had been wanted by Interpol for involvement in online gambling and telecom fraud has been arrested.

According to reports, the suspect was linked to cross-border illegal gambling platforms and telecom scam operations, and had been on Interpol’s wanted list for an extended period.

The individual was recently apprehended by local authorities overseas and is currently awaiting extradition proceedings.

Thailand’s Immigration Bureau has arrested a key suspect accused of orchestrating the abduction of a 52-year-old Chinese tourist in Pattaya.
The suspect allegedly directed four men who posed as police officers to carry out the kidnapping on Pattaya Third Road. The group threatened the victim at gunpoint, forced him into a gray SUV, and stole valuables worth over 230,000 baht.
