The President spoke on "opening the skies" for civilian UAVs

We need to act as soon as possible to, in the words of experts, "open the skies" for civilian UAVs. <...> Despite all the objective challenges we are facing now, this issue is essential for ensuring the sector is developed at an accelerated pace. <...> I believe that drone flights should be allowed in the regions where it would be reasonable in terms of safety and where other necessary conditions are in place for it. I would like to ask the Government to prepare specific decisions in this regard by April 30.
